Went there nearly closing time. Boss so nice & friendly. Love the roti kawen kaya. Sambal & telur bun superb. Will repeat next time in Sarikei

Nostalgic place to have a good charcoal toasted bun and kopi.

Came here for its delicious breakfast. There’s plenty of selection for your morning eats. Its a chinese owned shop but with halal food!

Must try - nasi lemak and roti bakar by charcoal. Mee kolok jgn lupa kasi try.

There’s even next door kopitiam you can try as well!

Again, price estimation is clueless because a good Sarawakian friend had paid for our breakfast

Highly recommend their Sarawak laksa. Portion is just right.

[serve no pork] When you’re in Sarikei the land of Ananas (Nenas)..do drop by at this kopitiam called Aik Seng at Jln Wharf..their famous roti (bun) bakar or bun toast is a must to try. Toasted over the traditional style which is on a charcoal grill stove and not forgetting their local blend coffee (i order my usual kopi O kosong). Roti bakar with Kopi O kosong is a pair match in heaven. I assure you will feel delighted after the first bite and the first sip. Life is too short not to enjoy simple things.

The roti bakar is delicious and must try if you are in Sarikei. Noodles also good.

They serve the famous signature dish Roti Bakar here (charcoal) and Nasi Lemak with super nice sambal. One of the most famous halal Kopitiam in Sarikei since 1960s. A must visit if you come to Sarikei.

Wow, nice nasi lemak as sambal is great. Roti special is really special with pandan Kaya & butter spread. Teh C is good.

Must try when you're in Sarikei. Near the wharf. Easy to locate. Loh mee and mee jawa are my favourites. Don't miss out their superb roti kahwin

Great Local breakfast! - went to try diff types of Roti Bakar - which is grilled buns with different toppings- both sweet and savory, my favorite was the one with Sambal and egg, quite unique

Go for roti kawin, biasa or cheese and of course ROTI SARDINE AND THEIR HALF-BOILED EGGS!!!

Great selection of breakfast from kaya with butter toast, lor mee, jawa mee and so on. Great teh c too.

Their traditional toasted bun served with combination of butter, peanut butter and their homemade kaya is a must try. Lemang (is that called lemang? The glutinous rice wrapped in banana leaf) comes in generous portion, aromatic, simple but tastes good.

The homemade kaya is available for sale.

Nang stedy kedey tok.. Regret is the last thing would happen after walk in this restaurant.. u can try many types of mee (noodles), and of course the main reason its 5 stars is the roti kawen (sandwich).. very delicous ooooo..

Aik Seng KOPITIAM BRINGING THE OLD MEMORIES BACK! 🥰

Some old fashioned kopitiam is still exist in the district of Sarikei town. Aik Seng Kopitiam in Sarikei is a well-known meeting places, and this unique little coffeeshop always surprise us with their Charcoal Grill buns with Kaya. This decade-old of kopitiam is having the muhibbah feeling when I entered the kopitiam. The kopitiam is filling up with multicultural ethnicity sitting together chatting and enjoying the
breakfast.

Sarikei’s best place to have breakfast/brunch. Must have the bun toast special. If you’re from Kuching, the laksa and Mee Jawa also is different- worth a try!

Bustling place on a Sunday morning when we visited. It's stuffy inside. You get a good local feel, worth visiting. Sarawak laksa is great

The arrangement of their tables are comfortable. The food are really really yummy and the price are affordable!

The signature dish...Roti Bakar charcoal..simply the best
