Mortar Cafe Lounge

The best cafe you can find in Labuan. The cakes are surprisingly great - especially the Truffle Velvet cake which I can't find in Kuala Lumpur. Perfect combination.

Ordered some other foods, i.e. Korean spicy wings, nasi kelabu, chicken chop, Singapore prawn noodle ( the local named it Hainam noodles instead). Overall nice dining experience!

This restaurant also serves dimsum!

Finally decided to try out Mortar Cafe Lounge. despite coming to Labuan for couple of times, and somehow never really had the thought of trying this place. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the food taste and size. The beef patty was well marinated, juicy, and savoury. For my visit to Labuan this time, I would rank the burger as my favourite dish I tasted this time around. Also, I do recommend try out the Local Coffee with Cincau.

Mortar is a cozy place that offers a huge variety of different types of food. It has a great selection of local and international items on its menu.

I was very tempted to try their paratha sandwich, as it seemed very unique. Even though the image on the menu didn’t look appealing, the actual dish was really good! 👍🏼 I loved it! The portion was pretty big and the taste was great as well. It wasn’t too dry.

The noodle dishes and dim sum were also nice.

I’m sure everyone can find something they like.

The place gets busy during lunch/brunch. So better get a table in advance.

Walk away from our hotel. Amazing place with tasty food options. People are friendly and the drinks are many must try. Kolo mee was a good one with duck

The tiny burger is out of this world. Been a long time I've never eat a really delicious food. Thanks for the good food.

The last day of my stay in Labuan. I came to a fashionable cafe near the airport for an early dinner before the flight. I ordered some menus and the picture is one of them.
The mango smoothie has plenty of fresh cream on the top, but the mango smoothie part was the best match for the crispness of the crushed ice, the natural sweetness of the mango and the richness of the pleasant fruit. It went very well with the retouching between meals.

The beef slices I ordered, the beef dumplings and hormones, and the warm noodles with somen noodles were very delicious.
The soup stock of beef was good, and a little onion and small onion went very well.

My daughter, who is three and a half years old, often ate somen noodles. The taste was easy to eat even for small children.
I ordered 3 handmade gelato for dessert. Coconut original, coconut yogurt, tiramisu white.

I was able to have a good meal time with my family.

Food are tasty and satisfied, all menu from malaysian, western and dim sum are available, service are on time

Great selection of food, from dim sum to nasi kerabu. Ambience is good. But try to avoid peak hours as place is popular.

Cozy ambience place. Friendly staff and delicious food. Every weekend have live band performance and they sing a very lovely songs. The singers are young but they always sing some song from 80's & 90's . My husband and Iove to spend our dinner here as this place serve good food and lovely songs that touch our memories back . 😍

Loved the spaghetti chicken with creamy salted egg extra spicy! The Hong Kong crispy roasted duck is tasty as well, with local coffee cincau and signature mix fruit juice 👍 recommended, big portion, the place is cozy and the staffs are helpful too

The food is good. Price is fair. The mini mortar burgers was good. Its a good place to hang out with friends, chitchat and all.

Service and Atmosphere were good for dates and family out. As for Food, its semi-gourmet dishes. As for the price, I wouldnt say cheap but its affordable for the good taste compared to the other places in Labuan.

Cozy restaurant with nice foods. Jjampong is good too cause vary rare to have local restaurant serving delicious Korean food
