Sumo Cafe Alai Melaka

It was within a residential area beside the beach. From outside, it looked small, but once you go in, the cafe was quite deep inside. The deco & ambience was as nice as those hipster cafes in kl downtown area with a fraction of the price. The food was quite generous but super cheap! Although the menu was not extensive, it was good enough and as place to chill and hang around. Definitely recommended.

The ‘SUMO CAFE’ is a homebase style cafe. It is the favourite hangout place for family gathering.
All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients.
The prices were so reasonable and the service is super b. Looking forward to visit again in the future.
I highly recommend going to the Open House restaurant.

Full of pleasant surprises, great food at affordable prices. Cannot find in KL laa.. This restaurant made me decided to move to Malacca ooo, seriously. They even accept Bitcoin! Amazing 👍👍👍

Sumo Cafe have their own amazing stylish, i love it ! Look from outside, its just like a terrace house but in inside, the decoration is the best, they were very creative ! Their variation food from western to Ala Kampung was such a perfect, delicious and very satisfied with affordable price ! The portion of food very satisfied as the taste. The service also nice too. I love their food and surrounding very much, will come back again soon !

I really love this cafe. I always come here in free time to chill and chat with my friends. Usually I'll eat chicken chop with prices RM5 and hot coffee. Great services also from the cafe's crew. Good job guys! I hope the chicken chop prices will maintain forever, LOL. 😀

Best price guaranteed! Food portion is just nice for the average eater, food quality is top notch. Ordered nasi goreng sumo for RM7 and I did not expect it to be that delicious. Worth every RM spent. Thank you Sumo!! Am so satisfied with the food here! Will definitely come again.

One of my fav place to eat, perfect 10/10. How i love to eat western food here, with their nice place eventho they open the shop in their house but they really decorate it beautifully tho also with nice services and delicious foodiesssss with cheap price. Yups CHEAP PRICE dude. They also hv varieties of drinks (fruits, ice blended and so on) but i love the chocolate hazelnut most!

Best. House for dig in... West to east. But the best part is its special drinks. Not in a mug or glass. Its in a bucket. So big and delicious. Try yogurt drinks.... As for chicken chop. Choose your dream from small, medium or big. Or choose all......

Food was okay, pricing was really cheap.

Small but unique. Each sitting table is different however if you come here on weekend, it's a bit crowded. Teh ais sedap. Chicken chop is horrible
