Customer service okay but cannot do payment with debit/credit card n tng ewallet.

Staff not well trained went there a few times and always no milk for frappe. And today evening(not peak hour) went there and the queue was so long while there's 4staff working and I saw one just chatting while people are queueing.

Waited for 3 pcs of mushroom sausage for 40 minutes and the staff was not well train.
Please improve or it will tarnish family mart name and credibility.

今天第一次去，东西是很多也很不错，但是就是太慢，真的真的非常慢，如果打工人要去买东西吃，真的不建议，排队都要排几分钟了，哪里还有时间休息，peak hours 建议不要去。
