Person in front of us got a plastic bag, we asked for one too, cashier said there isn’t any. We leave carrying multiple items in our arms, lady behind us ask for plastic bag and the cashier gives her one.

Why treat people differently.

The workers here has a very poor attitude, i think their boss should take note on this.the cashier playing phone while attend customer in the counter,when ask want pladtic or not they will just give plastic without helping to put in groceries inside the bag.not like other 99 branch,they complete their job till customer step out of premises..some talk loudly like gangster regards their personal problem..treat us (cust) like things only,really don't care n no manners.adap kat mana?if like this it will spoil 99 shops image. I hope the manager can do something about this.pls check on your workers even if they're spm holder only but shouldn't hire a bad attitude workers.pls check on their background.don't wait until ppl viral u all one day.

Product getting less variety . Credit card machine always breakdown . Time to change shopping location. Anywhere but here

Manager lari dari selesaikan masalah pelanggan. Tak ada tanggungjawap. Tak nak pulangkan $ pelanggan yg membeli produk yg expired/rosak. Macam2 alasan yg dibagi. Lambat rujuk le. Padahal beli ari sabtu, rujuk ahad, suruh rujuk khamis. Masa ni manager lari tgk pelanggan ada masalah. Ari isnin rujuk, kata dah lambat. Manager kata kalu nak tukar barang rosak, kena tukar semua barang yg dalam 1 resit tu. Logik ke? Malah marah pelanggan lagi.
