Amazed by the staffs. They greeted customers very well. Started from d doors to scan my sejahtera, till d counter to made d pymt, they will greet u n assist u in so many ways! Thx! Well,u made ur customer feel a bit appreciated. And manners and humanity is wat we need nowadays.

This shell has exceptional customer service. The best i have ever encountered..
Staff offered to help me at costa brewing machine, cashier staff took the initiative to offer me to use my bonus link points for purchase. Can hear all of them saying welcome and thank you. (something not so common in msia) keep up the good work 😊
