Servis Boleh Tahan Ah Cuma Masih Ramai Orang Dan Kaunter 1 Je Tapi Ok Dalam Dia

2 stars bcs the female cashier responded to our inquiries/request in a way that she's annoyed with us. I understand they have to follow certain SOPs but a staff could always responded in a mannered way. We asked politely since we did not know the SOP.

Kalau nak cepat, jangan datang sini. Masa peak hour (lunch break) pon understaff. Kena beratur lama walaupun tak beli Oden. Disebabkan understaff, mereka nak laju-laju siapkan kerja sampai lupa nak scan FamilyMart app. Rugi point kat situ..

To begin with, family mart cawangan ni doesn’t even deserved to be rated or given even 1 star. I went to the store today. First of all, susunan makanan berterabur. Secondly, yang paling turn off, your staffs, especially the female staff i met today. You are obviously in need of more staffs to run the store. 2 persons working at the counter, dialah yang isikan oden, dialah yang isikan air, dialah yang panaskan makanan, dialah jadi cashier. i tell you VERRYY INCONVENIENCE. I tengok pun rasa geram and imagine having to wait quite a long time just to pay?? not only that, today got 1 male and female staff. The male staff was very polite but the female staff seriously, she was unnecessarily rude. Not only to me but to other customers as well. Clearly she is younger than almost all the customers that were queuing up, but her way of treating was very rude. No sense of respect towards those older than her. Please ya. You kerja dekat bahagian service kena layan customer and etc so do your job properly. Kalau rasa tak boleh kerja bahagian service like that, quit. You’re making people losing their appetite. The next time if i go there again, I’ll make sure to have her name and report her if she’s being rude again. Please improve especially about your staff’s behaviour.

A poorly trained female staff at the oden counter being unnecessarily rude. Stood in line and when it’s my turn to place an order, received a reply that goes like “Lah, oden tak masak lagi, pergi beratur belakang la nak oden” on a seriously unfriendly tone. That is not the kind of manner you display in F&B service. There are more pleasant words you can use towards a customer. FM is a Japanese franchise, so do level up your manner to fit in the image of the brand.

Service lembab, beratur lama then suddenly said counter closed. Not recommend unless you have 1 - 2 hours to que.

Very poor service! The scene is very chaotic, and then have to wait for very very long, long, long time.... 🙄👎🏻

Lembab. Understaffed Kena remind order banyak kali. Orang yang sampai lambat dapat dulu. Sekali dua okay lagi ni everytime datang mesti order messed up.
