Sept 2023- use to come before during evening, the malay lady staff was rude. It's a malay guy now at night and he's friendly. Good attitude and does his job well.

unprofessional female staff at the cashier, she scolded the (maybe trainee?) very loud in-front of many customers. speechless 😶 she has a moody face all the way ~

The female staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Treated everyone like we owe her money. Once the food was ready, she just threw it on the counter. Nobody knows which food is for who's. U will have to go and figure out urself. Saw a customer asked for a spoon and she pass it without even looking at her, like really rudely.

I don't usually leave poor reviews even after bad experience but I urge people not to order food from this mart through the app.

I can understand certain items are not available, but they simply replaced the unavailable items with another that is lesser price and quantity yet you do not get any option to get the refund.

When they called me to explain that certain item is not available, the lady confirmed that the replacement item is of the same price - yet when I came back to check it is not.

Stop your unethical practice - unavailability of certain items is not your fault, but don't short change the customers either.

Should be open at 6am but now already 7.14am, still not in business yet.

the female cashier was very rude and reprimanded my husband rudely. like my husband asking him for money to buy food. Tell my husband to leave the store because of the attitude of the female cashier!

Ordered via foodpanda Unagi Onigiri & Tobiko Onigiri . Came in Chuka Onigiri & Salmon Onigiri . If you do not have the items with you , remove it from your menu availability or at least replace them with something else of same value .
