My medical issue was handled professionally to my complete delight. I appreciate Dr. Khai taking the time to properly explain the diagnosis and treatment choices.
The staff is very polite and helpful. From admission to discharge, administrative support was superb.
Thank you to all the PW3 (room 308) nurses, doctors, cleaning crew, and catering staff that made our time here more comfortable. It was a pleasant stay. Your kindness is much appreciated.

I was admitted to this hospital because of dengue fever and I was very impressed by the quality of care and services that I received. The doc and nurses were very professional,friendly especially team nurses in ward 2 who care of me.tq to sister norimah and ambassador shella always come to ask my condition. The facilities were spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and nutritions. I felt well taken care and supported throughout during my stay here.I would highly recommend Aurelius hospital nilai to anyone looking for a premium service and facility. one again thank you so much❤❤❤

Beautiful clean and nice hospital that’s on the pricey side. Medical professionals are courteous and nice here. They answer call bell efficiently and fast. Special thank to all staff nurse in ward 1 . Sr fazida, Aisha, zulaikha , Afiqa, Hema,Naja,Anis, Sharina, Sharen , Saginaw, syafiqh. Not forget to patient ambassador mdm shella who help me lots. Ty so much ..

I would highly recommend Dr Yuga.A very kind and knowledgeable doctor. Excellent communicated. Explained pros and cons of surgery clearly and in detail so that an informed decision could be made. Listened attentively and answered concerns and queries honestly and knowledgeably which gave me confidence in him. Absolutely first class treatment. The whole experience was what I'd describe as exceptional consultation, environment and supporting staff.

Ward 218B, getting my tonsils removal here and it was a great experience. All the nurse and doctor were good, polite and friendly. Food is tasty, they cleaned your room and toilet every morning. The discharged went smoothly, you could just wait in your room while they prepared the bills and medication. ❣

Alhamdullillah, was admitted in Aurelius Hospital Nilai under Dr Khai, Dr Kama Azura, Dr Affan and Dr Wael, They are very attentive. Starting from Emergency Department especially staff named Shanti was very helpful. Ambassador Syafa always came to us for her routine visit, she was really friendly. All nurses in Ward 3 and all staff was delivered good service. Care taker was allowed by staff to accompany patient (age below 12) til in the operation room. The purpose is to make the patient feel calm before proceeding surgery. Food provided by the catering in the hospital was fantastic. Cafe in hospital. for public use also good with variety choices, only service from bed arrangement and pharmacy moderate.

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. Both are great dr with very detail explanation and assist.Thank you so much for your services.

Admitted 5/12/2023- 11/12/2023 take care by nurses ward 2. Highlight nurse Jaya and Nisha pampered me so much ❤.

Financial department discharge will bring machine card make me feel easy to pay any outstanding bil. No need rush to counter. 👍

Nurse Lisa From dr raj clinic i really feel good with her, she treat patient in oder the annotation of voice n very welcome.

Big thanks to DR Raj Neurosurgeon from day 1 i meet him really feel comfortable in good explanation. Very details and not rushing in any situations.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

My daughter admitted to hospital from 6th-12th Oct 2023. Had a wonderful experience with Aurelius Hospital from start to finish. Appreciate Dr Khai taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Great experience with Shella and Syafa as I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. They have been provided me with hospital information and giving my daughter an emotional support continously. Also, the staff from Ward 3 (nurses and waitress) is very friendly and professional. For overall experience, HIGHLY recommend. Keep up the good work!

i was admitted at level 2 and level 1 ,almost 8 days .tq to all staff nurse in ward 2 especially sr norimah and patient ambassador miss shella . they are very professional and friendly.i was very impressed by the 5 🌟 Quality of services.the facilities were spacious, clean and comfortable.the food also delicious.tq so much to all staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Such an amazing hospital, Dr and great staffs. My first time visit to this hospital for health screening. I took the signature for her package. Loving the environment, cleanness and wonderful staffs and Dr's who will treats like family. Excellent services and last but not least the café here ♥They provide souvenirs and complimentary food voucher for the health packages and sampels from your dietician. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.5 ⭐

I was very impressed with the efficiency and kindness both medical and administrative, for the professional and caring and kind way I was treated. They were both patient and reassuring and more than happy to answer all my questions. The hospital was spotlessly clean and attention to detail was superb, with wonderful room and delicious food. Last but not least, friendly staff from the minute we walked in, felt very safe in their hands as nurses were always on hand and checking on me for 9 days admitted. Thank you PWD1 ❤.

Kudos to CS team, Pn Rohana dan Pn Beygum for the fast action taken regarding my issues before. Excellent customer service from them. Husband sy admit di PW3 untuk minor operation, layanan staff semua baik, termasuk cleaner n food service staff. Even the security guard pun bagus. Disharged process pun senang. Hopefully, Aurelius akan jadi one of top private hospital in future.

Opd1( Dr Yap was very good doing his job by explaining in details every progress and plans for my kids. Answer all my questions and worries articulately. And staff Yati was very helpful, kind and respectful towards me and my kids. Good job Aurelius, keep it up)

Dr Ezawiyah also very helpful and clear about my kids tonsil removal. Carefully making sure that my kids is fine and fit for admission. The staff (in picture) also very good and give clear instruction about admission.

Alhamdulillah had a good experience here. The service was really good. thank you Dr yap and Dr fadzlina good advice based on the consultancy given was clear. And thanks to all staff nurse very kind very concerned and helpful. 🥰

This is the closest hospital near where we live (Enstek). From the 7 days spent looking after my daughter for pneumonia, through ED (emergency) to admission to discharge, the service was impeccable! Nurses were very kind and friendly, the doctors and specialists were very professional (thank you Dr Kama Azura!). All in all, excellent service at PWD3 (room 310). Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay a pleasant one!

Additionally, hospital food was delicious. My only complaint would be with regard to the F&B services available for visitors. On the ground floor there were:
- M&S shop (selling biscuits etc)
- small cafe (serving rice etc)
- a crepe booth
- a sandwich joint

The sandwich shop was a let down when I tried a few times with some visitors because it was very expensive and lacked quality. Perhaps the management could look more into this so as to improve the overall experience. Other than that, we would be more than happy to recommend this hospital to others.

Ward 3 (Bilik 305), my son was admitted to Aurelius Hospital Nilai for three days. The Paediatric Doctors (Doctor Yap and Dr Fadz), the Physiotherapist and all nurses were very attentive and professional in treating my son to recover from Pneumonia. We are glad that there is reliable hospital nearby our home. Thank you Aurelius!
