Wanted to visit here for years already finally here for a Sunday lunch and waited for around 1 hour until the food is served.

Luckily it didn't disappoint and we love the Ikan Asam Pedas the best, Ayam Kunyit is not bad, Rendang if you like their style.

Even though it is not air conditioned but sitting in the middle of a garden is not that hot in a sunny afternoon, love the ambience!

It’s very tough to get a seat here but once you’re that lucky, it is super worth it! The food was delicious, however the daging salai masak lemak was a bit spicy (for me) but I finished it anyway (that’s how sedap it is 🤣). Price is reasonable. Definitely will come again if i have the chance.

Aunty Aini’s Cafe offers a delightful taste of traditional Malay cuisine. The Gulai Lemak Cili Api Daging Salai was flavorful but slightly salty, whereas the Gulai Lemak Cili Api Telur Itik balanced creaminess and spice beautifully. The Ayam Goreng Kampung stood out with its perfect crispiness and flavor. The Kerabu Taugeh was a refreshing, zesty contrast to the richer dishes. Traditional fermented delights like Tempoyak Daun and Tapai Ice cream were uniquely flavorful, catering to adventurous taste buds. Ending on a sweet note, the Cendol was refreshingly perfect. Overall, Aunty Aini’s Cafe is a charming spot for authentic Malay dishes, with most offerings hitting the mark in terms of taste and quality.

Gordon Ramsay was here! Lives up to the hype? Yea, definitely.

I really enjoyed the rendang here, I tried the itik and chicken rendang. Not too sweet and idk how to explain it, unique taste.

The ambiance is really nice and luckily when i went there it wasn’t packed. I went on saturday about 5pm. What a great meal after a hike!

Will visit again for sure.

Great ambience, surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy your masak lemak cili api whilst still being cool. Love the itik salai one.
Don't forget their cendol! Very refreshing.

Had to wait until evening session starts at 17:40, but that’s probably the only negative thing that I can think of.

The place is well worth the hype, our detour, and our accidental wait 😝

We had four of their chef’s recommended dishes : masak lemak cili api (daging salai), rendang ayam, ayam kampung goreng, and kerabu pucuk paku.

(Only the kerabu was not to my liking or gets both our full five stars)

Seriously I felt like Raya came early, especially with the rendang! No wonder that Gordon Ramsay and Anthony Bourdain sought out Makcik Aini!

I was here two weeks ago. With the full of tree, the location is really serene. You have the impression that you are eating in a woodland village. The staff is excellent. I asked them which meals were the best sellers, and they recommended meals to me. Gulai lemak cili api daging salai is delicious. Those looking for traditional Negeri Sembilan cuisine should try this place! Recommended!

Overall is 5 star for me. Only downside for me is the rice which little bit hard and dry. Other then that, all the dishes that we’ve ordered were superb.
Price wise is little bit above average .
Clean restaurant, great service from the staff . 👍🏻

I had been waiting to visit this cafe because of Gordon Ramsay learned Masakan Rendag with Autie Aini, and I finally had the chance to do so.

The restaurant is excellent in traditional ways, and the Malay cuisine from Negeri Sembilan are presented beautifully. Guests are treated with respect, but please come early to avoid waiting in the que for the tables. The cost is reasonable but pricey sikit.

As a foreigner I tried Malay cruisine first time and I like it specially Duck (perfectly tendered but spicy for me), Fish curry is also good overall nice experience 👍

Traditional place atmosphere. Delicious Malaysian traditional cuisines. Approved by Gordon Ramsay's!
Good service.

Located exactly beside a small road but might be missed if not search carefully.
Parking provided beside the cafe. Sometimes people just park in front of the cafe.

We always make a stop at Aunty Aini's whenever travelling south, and the authentic Malay cuisine never fails to hit the right spots.

Not for the faint-hearted as some e.g. lemak cili api and sambal are quite spicy. But there are also a variety of western food choices, suitable for all taste buds.

Beautiful and serene surroundings, with a fish pond and plenty of greenery to occupy the kids. There are toilets and prayer areas too.

Only gripe is the crowd on weekends, and we have had to give up and go elsewhere as the waiting list was to long and advance reservations are not allowed.

Everytime we leave after a good meal, we ask ourselves when are we returning!

Great food. Good service. Come early on the weekend if you are planning to walk in. Favourite dishes are the Ikan jenanak tempoyak and masak lemak telur itik.

Really tranquil place to dine amidst of the plush forest like eatery. Food are good though price abit steep. Have to write names and they will call you. I enjoyed eating here, will come again.

Great food with a cozy atmosphere and there's a garden to see their plants. Prices are quite reasonable although portions can be a little bit small but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Be early to avoid waiting for tables as it can be rather busy and there's usually quite some time to wait before the food arrives. Helpful and friendly staff too.
