Welcome Seafood Restaurant

Located near the Hilton Hotel, this seafood restaurant serves live seafood from its tanks. Believe the chef knows how to cook the seafood the Chinese way as the steamed prawn and steamed dragon tiger Grouper dishes were cooked perfectly with just enough tenderness and sweetness left in the seafood. The Kam Hiong crab was also very fresh and delicious, with a tinge of curry flavor. We did not specify the type of fish or the exact amount, but the person taking orders seems very apt at what he was doing, so we left it to him to decide.

The place was crowded but we had no trouble being assigned a table, just a bit of patience when ordering as people all gathered in front of the price list. Overall a very satisfying seafood meal.

The crab and fish were fresh. Fish photo was not taken because we finished it before snapping the photo. Fried noodle is super recommended. Will definitely come back for sure!

This restaurant is very famous seafood restaurant among the tourists. They have living seafood in aquarium for customer to choose, the food is good, environment is good, service is brilliant, just one thing is the price of the fish had rocket rise since i my last visit, the fish are really expensive..............................................................................................................................

White prawn 白灼虾was wonderfully done. So simple but so nice. Prawn head posed very special taste, body posed QQ and unique Taste when dipped into the special sauce. It was the freshness and prawn itself that made this so special. Each serving only RM20+ for small serving while RM40 for medium size prawns. value for money. WOW. 5 stars

Giant clam soup 沙白 also highly recommended. Soup full of natural sweetness of clam was the kick. Never can I imagine simplest cooking can yield such an addictive taste. WOW. 5 stars

Signature toufu was special and crunchy outside soft inside. 3 stars

Fried rice was delicious. Sticky rice and addictive. Well fried. 3 stars

Affordable Seafood Prices for tourists that can be found at city centre. Came twice in 4 days to try the variety of seafood. Seems crowded but still can find seats.

Found this place by reading the review. My Verdict: Its a very good place to eat seafood in kota kinabalu. Prices are moderate with a street food flair, which is good.
How to get there?Go to Asia city, which is just infront of Centrepoint Sabah. Or just go by grab.

Service is very good.

We went on our first day arrived in KK. The seafood is fresh, people there are friendly and patiently explain to us. We really love the food here. We really enjoy every dish that served. We also notice many local citizen also support this restaurant.

Love the food here. It is tasty, reasonably priced and fresh seafood. We ordered light soy sauce kerapu, 2 vegies, mangolian chicken (S), sweet corn soup, asam nyonya squid, butterprawn. 6pax for RM33+

The seafood here is really tasty. Everything is so fresh and the prices are reasonable. No wonder it's packed! Parking spaces are limited around the restaurant, waiting time to be seated can range from 20 to 40 mins, depending on how many people. Ordered 10 dishes, can't really say which is better because everything is good!

This is a vast seafood restaurant serving all of the classics and more. The seafood is super fresh and tasty. Servings are generous and pricing is decent for what you get. This is the type of place that you want to go to with a large groups so you can order a lot of dishes to try. We had lobster, prawns, a fish done HK style, some fried rice and some vegetables. Everything was excellent. One strange thing is that we could not order pepper crabs. They had plenty of crabs but were out of pepper. Huh??? 😅

A must come place for Seafood in KK!!! The restaurant is so popular as it continues to expand to a row of shops. The food is really delicious and cheap. The food is served fast.

However, be prepared to wait as there are alot of people queuing

Very delicious food! Order the fresh seafood at the back. You can choose how much you one. The price includes cooking different taste. The seafood is big and the meat is big. So satisfy! Price is very reasonable too! Will come back if I visit Kk again! The staff very funny too. I ask the aunty what is the type of the crab. She say this is black colour crab. 😅😅

Very fresh and local seafood restaurant. It is crowded but many seating option (indoor/outdoor). Waiting time about 20mins for food to be served on Sunday night. The mantis shrimps are good! Many tables are eating lobsters so i supposed it is worth a try as well even though we didn’t order.

food is as good and decently priced. prices are not too transparent tho. adviced to ask in advance. most items in menu don't have a price. but overall good food!
