Rooms are affordable, cleanliness is acceptable. Location is good, near to foodcourt, banks... etc. Parking is limited. Breakfast is okay. All the receptionists and workers are friendly

Exceptional food! I love their salmon soup with Japanese rice! Their sushi is also excellent! Their fruit juice is delicious. This place is highly recommended to eat quality food! Worth every penny!

- ample parking space but just difficult to find especially for someone never been to batu pahat

- near to food & drink area especially BP Walk

The room for family is spacious,clean and cozy. Almost complete amenities. Didn't try the breakfast yet. The location is strategic. Thanks for the best room. Lost my watch here but the staff was sincere ,found it and handed to me safely. tq for such a great experience

Central location to city.centre. Clean, cozy and comfortable room with basic amenities. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive, helpful and professional (especially Peggy at the Front Desk). Definitely recommend to friends and families visiting BP! Very sure that we will be back on our next trip. 💑

Spacious room. The service is okay and easy excess of foods. Chinese cuisines from their restaurant are affordable and good.

They follow strict social distancing SOPs which is important to their customers and staffs. A variety of choice from chinese, local, western and Japanese menu. Food is delicious and staffs are friendly and polite. During this period, there are promotions for take aways.

It's so clean only the breakfast is on menu and not by buffet

Spacious cozy room in clean condition, manners and etiquette service crews. Breakfast spread is great compare with others 3-4 stars hotel, worth the price if you are not a picky person, will recommend to family and friends.

Well ,to be clear my rating is about restaurant of this hotel , is very delicious and much choices from traditional to western , im a bp resident so i have no idea about room condition or services .

3 star hotel situated downtown. With a famous coffee house serving food ranging from Chinese, western, Japanese food. Vegetarian options are provided

Comfortable stay. Toiletries provided. Cold & hot water for showering available. Many choices of food for breakfast. The bedsheets are clean.

Good carpark, good WiFi, room is spacious & furniture are relatively new. Breakfast is normal though.
