Maple Lodge

Very nice place to stay over the weekend. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Rooms were well lit and very clean. Bathroom too. Highly recommended for short or long stay. It's near a big supermarket about 1km or less walk. Starbucks located at the 1st floor of hotel.

Nice hotel near to the main road, interlink with Starbucks at the ground level have lots of amenities and restaurants in their surroundings area, room is nice and spacious, looks clean and modern too, the only down side for me is the toilet bowl positioned is quite distort and funny i don't know why the contractor fixed it like that and the tv is a google or android tv but no channels whatsoever just YouTube but all and all it is good. The deposit is rm100 and they give it back.

The hotel staff's professionalism was truly commendable, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the hotel's bicycle-friendly approach, allowing me to securely park my bicycle in a designated room. This level of accommodation for cyclists added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind to my experience.

The room is super clean and comfy. The receptionists are well-trained as well. Please keep up the good work. I'll definitely book a room here again whenever I travel to Batu Pahat.

If book early can get cheaper price. So far room is clean just bathroom a bit moldy. But overall okay. Easier to get breakfast when Starbucks is just downstairs.

Impeccably run hotel. Unbelievable. Not a single stain in sight on walls/floor/ceiling... - not even watermark on the electric flask (looks brand new).

Budget price but using luxury Grohe taps and Grohe shower head + rain shower.

Cupboard has automatic lighting when you open... 😅...

Mini fridge provided.. Super soft pillows.... Better than some 5 star hotels.

Staff are EXTREMELY professional and friendly.. 2 nice ladies manning counter at 1am midnight. Good lobby security guard 24 hrs.

Just slight downside outdoors parking is shared with Starbucks. But there is plenty...

Location: Strategic located in downtown Batu Pahat. Easy access to lots of food and shopping mall by walking, and Starbuck is just right below of the hotel.

Hotel: Free parking on premise. The hotel is quite new and staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Price is also reasonable. Do call in to inquire versus online purchase for better deals.

Room: The high-ceiling room is super clean. Equipped with high-speed internet, comfortable firm beds, strong-pressured hot shower, hair dryer, and room is well lit. Do note that sometime the toilet bowl can be clogged. Do get assistance from the front desk (pretty fast service). We also like that they provided 2 chairs for us to use. Do be careful and remember to push the desk chair inside cos you may accidentally kick the legs due to the proximity of the chair to the bed.

Overall, a comfortable stay in this lovey hotel. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean little hotel with a Starbucks on the ground floor. Location is quite good, waling distance to a shopping mall and eateries. Booking is easy and the staff is very efficient and helpful.

I love how clean and new everything was. I just needed a night stay and love the shower so much!! A great place to sleep and rejuvenate before continuing the journey. Ada Starbucks kat bawah bukak until 2am on weekends.

Entrance to the hotel is not so obvious: you have to park your car at the carpark behind and access from the building side for the small main entrance that looks hidden at the front from the main street. The hotel is almost overshadowed by Starbucks which shares the same building block.

Apart from that, everything else is good. Check in is easy and professional. Room is sparkling clean, modern and new. Comfortable bed and clean bedding, nice flooring and clean toilet with good water pressure. Very enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel. The bedding and overall building is excellent. Nice place for a good night rest. There is breakfast served, but there is a Starbucks downstairs and many amenities are within walking distance.

Simple, nice, and clean hotel. Situated in town area, downstairs has huge Starbucks. Highly recommended. Hope they keep maintaining it well, will definitely come back to stay if I visit BP again.

Very clean and proper hotel. To my surprise the mattress and pillow is comfortable enough! The quality of its furniture is good including the shower area is proper and comfortable. Will definitely be my routine stay for my work visit!

Better room conditions than the luxury hotel in BP. If you are in BP and need a clean and comfortable room to sleep, this is for you. It is connected to Starbucks cafe and near many eating places. . The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

The room is good. Except the toilet flushing seems to be choked. Even after highlighted to the reception and was looked into it, it does not help muchm

Small hotel and pretty basic but cosy and clean. Once check in, won’t want to go out as the room is so cosy and clean. Strategic location with so many eateries and of cos, starbuck just next door!

Value for money and highly recommended!

Our incidental staycation at Maple Lodge happened because a friend of ours could not make it. A change of guests was easily facilitated by the duty receptionists, Wada and Ana. They provided cheerful and helpful service. Entering the room, we found it no frills, just simple, clean and tidy. It shows that the housekeeping staff did a good job.

However, we would recommend that guests run the taps with hot water to rid the water of a very strong chlorine smell, and to bring their own shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The quality of the amenities reflect the hotel rating and it shows here. The toiletry fragrance is an acquired taste. Yet, I cannot help but appreciate the Grohe rain shower and clean bathroom. The hotel provides a hairdryer too.

The location is excellent, Old Street, Pantai Hospital, McDonald's and KFC is a short drive away. The hotel is served by the only Starbucks in Batu Pahat.

Overall, I would recommend Maple Lodge to friends when they visit.

we stayed at the jr suite. surprisingly the room is cleaned n well maintained. the only -ve is the entrance as the parking to the entrance is not accommodating especially if u have small children or are using wheel chairs.
