Satisfied with the groomer name Ain, the person in charge*PIC, do so well on 7 march 2024, she even redo when I request to trim a bit more bahagian bontot kucing sy, hahaha customer cerewet like saya ni ekk, she kindly trim it again, good service, thank you to Ain the groomer there and PetSmart team for taking care my cats, oh alang2 , I want give a credit pde penjaga kucing di pet hotel kedai ni jugak, AK his nickname I guess, he will taking care your cats just like his own, so don't worry, u can get updated too.,again, Terima kasih.

Sister Diana has assisted me at the shop. Very kind and helpful service. I love to buy every needs here because of the services and also most of the things are easy to find.

We had a pleasant time shopping for our furbabies at Batu Pahat! The staff were attentive and helped us carry our goods, repacked them and ferry it to our car. We were attended by a chinese male staff, think his name is Ah Boon.. cant remember. The cat at the store is so cute and friendly!!! Thank you will visit again!!!

honestly i prefer pets mart batu pahat compare with parit raja bcoz the sales advisor is more friendly and helpful. but both shop are full with everything your kitten needed. tq

Really good service and good product quality. Genuine and original products! Sales advisors are really helpful, especially the one named Daniel. You guys can ask him anything if you need any help, he will assist you accordingly, Guaranteed! Been here frequently, and he has been helping me to find whatever I need.

I visited this place last week around 6pm, quite clueless about pet shampoo, talcums and spray. Diyana helps me out with a great explanation on the products. Really great hospitality and the other workers also seem very polite and kind. The prices of the wet food are quite cheap compared to other places. Will come again. Thank you!
