I highly recommend to our tour guide “ Vicky “ Indian boy who have impressive knowledge on the tour places and also his patient . “It was perfect from beginning to end. He met us at our hotel on time and delivered us back. Our tour start at 6am to catch the sunrise after that went to tea plantation and last but not the least amazing mossy forest. I am very impressive on his driving skill during the flossy weather and crowded road . He communicates with us friendly and also he is very helpful .He was one of the reason that Cameron highland tour become such a pleasant and memorable trip in Malaysia for our group. Thanks to Vickey and his company.And also I will book again with him when I come back Cameron highland next time.

I booked bus tickets with this agency from Penang to Cameroon Highlands and from Cameroon Highlands to Kuala Lumpur and I have to say I am surprised with how everything went.

The buses departured and arrived on time for both trips, the bus was clean, comfortable and spacious. The drivers were driving reasonably and eventhough, I personally have motion sickness, I was okay.

I didnt need to print my tickets in advance, the driver will just check your booking before boarding the bus. They only have one office in Tanah Rata.

Excellent half day mossy forest tour with guide Shan who was very knowledgeable and generous with his time. We also got the bus with this company from Georgetown to Tanah Rata which was a good service as well.

We've used this company 3 times in the last 3 days. 1st trip was from IPOH to the Cameron Highlands. The check in was smooth and when I realised I left my camera at my hotel they waited 10 minutes for us to organise a taxi to collect it and bring it to me. Journey way smooth and arrived earlier than expected at the Cameron Highlands. 2nd trip was a half day tour, unfortunately we got to the Cameron Highlands about 7pm and all the tour offices were closed. Luckily a guy called Nick from C&S was at the bus station handing out leaflets for tours and he was reachable via text to organise the tour for the next day. The tour was good and everything again went smoothly, our tour guide was very acknowledable about the tea plants and the mossy forest. Our 3rd trip was from IPOH to KL and the bus left on time and got to our destination at the time specified on our tickets. Very comfortable and spacious. Would 100 percent use this service again

I booked the full day tour with this agency and everything was perfect. Very fast response in Whatsapp and really good communication.

We went for half day tours in Cameron Highland. The tour was smoothly done. When we wanted to return a little early to catch the bus to KL, they arranged a drop to the bust stop for us. The drivers / guides were friendly. The front office staff also explained the agenda well.

CS travel and tours is the best bus company in Malaysia.

The bus is comfortable, prompt, and it's an all around easy experience. Shoutout to Bella for going above and beyond when I misplaced something.

To those who are complaining about buses being not on time, there is one main road in and out of the Cameron Highlands and traffic exists. Take the earliest bus possible and it'll be less traffic.

We rented a bike from the tourist center and it was very easy to get our deposit back, we only needed to return the bike half full and the lady who helped us was very nice! Hassle free and only 50rn for an 8hr rental and 100rn depoit which was given back to us without question. Definitely reccomend for bike hire! Seems like the better choice to rent from here than other places in town where they may try to rip you off or claim you scratched their bike without reason.

This is a good bus company to use. We accidently booked on the wrong date, and C S Travel & Tours were super quick to respond and help us swap our tickets. The trip was smooth, and the bus nice.

Straightforward journey from Cameron Highlands to KL Sentral. Bus departed on time & was clean and seats were spacious.

I traveled CS travel to Cameron Highldands by bus and I was wondering about comfort.I've traveled extensively by long-distance bus, and can say from experience that the best seats really depend on what you're looking for. Some bus carriers have two levels, most have wifi. Best and safe trip.

HALF-DAY TREKKING REVIEW: Given that the overall score of CS TOURS is very low, we were very skeptical about booking a tour through this company, however, their half day trekking was impeccable. The guide spoke good English, was a good driver (important when you're going to Gunung brinchang), knowledgeable, and cheerful. All in all, great experience. I can't speak for their other services which seem to be the reason for overall low score but it looks like their trips are a safe bet.

We had a very good experience with our guide KC (I'm so sorry if I got his name wrong!) and he was very courteous, informative, and the service rendered by him was excellent. My sister got stung by a bee and he kept checking on her to make sure she was alright. He made sure we got the Cameron Highlands experience we were looking for.

First time to Cameron Highlands.
I took bus CS Express from TBS to Kuala Lumpur. Friendly driver , comfortable seats with wifi on board.
Recommend company.

Hired a scooter to go exploring, was only 50rn for 8 hours, 100rm deposit, left scooter back and full deposit, hassle free :D
