Restoran AlRaudah Arabian Food

We kept returning to this restaurant during our stay in Cameron Highlands! They serve tasty, simple Arabic food. Our favourite was the Kabsa Lamb...and then we ordered a big pot of Arabic tea which was lovely!
The staff are wonderful and friendly. The owner, a beautiful lady gave me a special gift (that she passed on to my husband to give to me when I wasn't there) I was deeply touched by this gesture. Unfortunately we're leaving CH today and the restaurant is closed so I can't thank her in person. So if you're reading this - THANK YOU - I loved our conversation and really your gift meant the world to me! ❤

The boss was friendly and patient. Ordering was easy with colorful English menu.
Food was above average, Mandi rice full w spices smell so nice. Lamb Kabsah out of this world! Royal arabian chicken a bit dry though.

This was the first meal I’ve had in the Cameron Highlands. I arrived by bus and was a bit exhausted from the journey, and also felt that I wanted a change from the south east asian food I’ve been eating the past couple of months. I went to search for dinner and ran into this restaurant, and I’ll just say that I’ve had a blast!

Most of the non-asian food I’ve had here in Malaysia was a big disappointment or just too Malaysian and completely different from the actual dish. This Kabsah however begs to differ!

The lamb meat was tender, juicy, tasty and very well cooked. Also, the portion was really good. It’s hard to tell from the picture how much lamb is there because it’s buried under the rice.

The tomato sauce is usually more red than that but that’s because the tomatoes they have there, at least that time of year (not sure), is green. But it doesn’t mean it’s not ripe or less delicious. It was super yummy.

The staff were also super kind and relaxed. I asked to drink tea that was planted in the Cameron Highlands and they offered me the tea for free! :)

Black tea with mint is also something I’ve missed so much from back home.

We ordered the set that had 2 kinds of meat - roasted chicken & lamb. It stated that it was sufficient for 2-3 people, we thought that the portion was only sufficient for 2.
The lamb was cooked really nice & soft. Chicken
Was alright. The sauce they served to be mixed with the rice is refreshing but super spicy.
The person who took our orders was very friendly. Food was served to us about 5 min after we placed the order.
All in all we though this was a great place for some decent Arabian food in Cameron highlands.

The shop from outside might be deceiving but the quality of food and service was excellent. initially we only bought only platter of food, the staff served without any judgements as we went as a big group. the food and drinks were served in a good amount of time. Importantly the tasty tasty food, we didn't even think, we ordered a lot more to indulge.

Tasty arabic food with really affordable price ! Kind service and the food is delivery pretty quickly!

Just pity they don’t do dessert as well !

Best Mandi rice chicken in town with a budget price as it's local shop runs by local definitely worth visiting pure middle east taste well prepared.

The dishes was soo good, I ordered for two, one with the chicken and one with the lamb, the chicken, lamb, rice, soup is something i would go for another time if i felt like eating nasi arab.

Good food for a good price. They have on their card an authentic arabic tee, that you should try : ).

This is one of the better eateries in Tanah Rata. The lamb meat is succulent and savoury, the roasted chicken is cooked to perfection. Price is very affordable for the quality & quantity offered. Quality of food still maintains the same for the past 4 years. Top notch Yemeni rice dishes. A must-come-and-eat when in Cameron Highlands.

Food was tasty, I choose family combo chicken and lamb, the portion says for 3-4 but I ate for 5pax, quite big portion. It comes with soup too. Shop close at 9pm, I ordered takeaway as I arrive in Cameron at 8pm, you can also order from food panda starts from 12pm. Not sure how's the crowd at noon, but at 8pm it was almost empty only 2 tables occupied and my order was ready in 15mins quite fast I think.

Good Arabic food at affordable prices, quick service. Owner / manager is a nice person. Lamb kabsa is very good and at par with similar level restaurants in Arab world.

The awesome Nasi Arab in Cameroon Highlands cooked by local chef. Don't worry about the food price, it is affordable and value for money. Recommended!

Very delicious arab dish. I hardly like nasi arab. They make it dry sometimes.but this one. The rice very moist and delicious. We love it so much. Well recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Guys i am arabian and i guarantee this is the most delisious hanith lamb dish in malaysia , i visited cameron highlands dozens of times and i never forget to come back for their hanith,, it is extremely delecious

The meat is so juicy and tender. Arab tea taste like herb tea. Worth every penny!

Very tasty food for reasonable price, kind owners, and appreciated arabic food after lots of malay and indian for some days :)
