cons:
no fan or airconditioner at all.. need to open window even at night to let fresh air in. no slipper or bathrobe. only have two pieces of small soap in toilet. no lift to get to upper floor so it's quite exhausting to get to third floor with a toddler.all things provided are very basic necessities.no refrigerator too.

pros:
very close to restaurants and atm machine. many malay stall to have dinner at night and close to parking lots.got souvenir shops and rm2 shop nearby. room space is quite good too. near to the Animal Feeding Rainbow Park and get rm1 discount for the entrance fee (original entrance fee rm5) if you stay at this hotel.

Almost new, it's very clean, not expensive, good service, nice bathroom, nice courtains so the room gets really dark in the morning... Lovely place!

A good choice. Good and large room, bed and bathroom. Wifi, toilette, hot shower. Maybe a little bit noise from the street
