Rude staffs including the supervisor.

KK MART FASA 3, Bandar Puncak Alam...
1) Really dislike the female staffs:
= I wonder how they worked there doing tasks everyday, with no smile. They are like statues. They will only smile to each other, not to customers.
2) They does not know how to entertain the customers friendly & politely. This is the correct basic on how to entertain customers & every employer should take note of this.
= At least, smile & say "Hello there, may I help you?" and then insist to help the customer out.
3) They need to learn & pay attention more
= Please be aware when any customer comes into the convenient store/ shop/ hypermarket/ mall to buy goods or paying bills, etc. Instead than talking & gossiping around while working.
You see... working time is not a suitable time you go & tell about your personal problem to all. Not all people want to hear those stories. Stay focus on your tasks in the working place. Personal stuff... please leave it at home! If not, don't work!
4) They worked in slow motion
= Customers need to go & wait longer than they expected to do so.
5) The working place is quite dirty & untidy.
= I found a rat while shopping in there. How unpleasant experience I had!

rude staff and won't deal anything there

Staf biadab. Low class mentality.

Staff dua orang yang pakai makeup tu macam tak ada communication skills langsung. Eye contact dengan customers pun tak ada ye. Lagi satu, please focus time kerja, jangan nak bergossip sangat. Thanks

Penjaga kaunter sombong dan kurang ajar..layan customer mcm haram.. Barang mahal.. Elok tutup je.
