27/2.. kesian adik ni selalu di hentam dan disalah erti... saya tak rasa adik ni kurang ajar cuma servisnyaa kurang mesra jika ditanya masih dijawab dengan elok mungkin semua banyak salah faham.. jika benar faham erti FNB mungkin semua takkan tergamak utk meninggalkan komen yang negatif sehingga membuatkan seorang tu down... agak agak kalau adik ni baca dan dia rasa dah beri yang TERBAIK tp ramai salah erti dah jatuh dosa... jangan cepat sangat jari tu nak menilai semuanya akan dihisab... seeloknya tegur jika tidak berpuas hati.. apa apa pun SEMANGAT STAFF EMART! 🐼

Dh sllu beli dkt sini n menu sy xkn berubah stiap kli beli sini, tp mlm ni hampa sgt sbb sos utk bulgogi beef dn bhan tmbahan lain dlm bulgogi ni sgt2 sikit tk sperti slalu sy beli.. hilg mood nk mkan.. ☹

Beli 2 kali bulgogi beef hri tu..beras dia xde la keras mcm ni..haihh ni boleh kira sebutir2 dgn mentahnya..tu yang letak sos byk tu yerr🙃😌

Agak lama ya menunggu utk bayaran

Servis slow walaupun datang time takda org..staff banyak sangat sembang entah apa2 depan customer..mcm adik2 baru lepasan sekolah..branch manager/supervisor kene train lagi adik2 ni mcm mana nak lebih professional depan customer. Mamak pun tak sembang bising mcm tu. Lain2 ok je

Sama dengan komen-komen yang lain. Layanan staff tak memuaskan. Cuba train staff dan tambah staff lagi. At least dia ada kawan bekerja.

The attitude of the staff is terrible. They never provide me with competent service when I go there. The speed of the service is really slow. While the workers are cleaning in the back, I have been waiting for over ten minutes, but you can see that other customers have also been waiting. Then, they consistently refuse to communicate with the customer during the order-taking process. Not even a smile. I had hoped that this attitude may go, but it didn't. Nothing gets any better at all! Occasionally, the food is either overcooked or undercooked. They have also repeated the wrong order twice.

The worker there are very rude for giving side eyes for just asking for a straw and the food there was hard to chew with the attitude of the worker. I hope they will learn their lesson for this kind of behaviour that is unacceptable🥱🥱🥱

Coworkers attitude is really bad, the service is 0% ,i can't deal with that attitude.. I'm as a costumer should't be treated bad like that,arrogant coworkers! Dislike this place!

I’m sorry if I sound aggressive but either you train this one particular staff about customer service or just fire her for good. Apa masalah orang cakap dengan nada friendly tapi buat muka macam tak puas hati? I’ve tolerated her behavior since the opening of this branch but now I have to speak up. Nak kerja buat cara nak kerja. Kalau tak nak kerja elok berhenti. Ramai lagi orang dekat luar sana nak kerja ok sis?

1) staf tak sure kurang atau pun ada mcm tkde slow sgt
2) staf sangat rude ye sila perbaiki or pantau staf anda
3) bila ada customer tolong la jgn sidai kami bukan tunggul kayu yg nk tggu sampai 15 minit nk bayar ap2 ye
