I would say, this is the best affordable pet store in Penang. They have 3 floors, with food, toys and accessories on the ground floor, pets on the first floor and grooming+boarding on the second floor. They have a lot of varieties and brands in food and pet accessories. Friendly staff to assist you always. The place is not very busy always and has parking spaces in front. I usually buy the holistic food for my pet. They have a membership program which attract good discounts. They have another branch which is also a good option for ppl near George town area.

Didn't know this place existed. Always thought the one at Georgetown was the only one. Very complete pet shop where fish / cats / dogs / exotic pets and pet food can be found in here.

Place is kept clean. Being double story, the shop has a wide range of aquarium, cage, enclosure, scratching pole, playing equipments for pets, accessories, food, medication and enhancement for the very varied pets that you may have.

Among the pets that are available for sale are dogs, rabbits, beaver, hamsters and fishes. Cats are not seen to be for sale.

We constantly come to this shop to get glider supplies as well as fish supplies. Buying sugar gliders here is a fantastic experience, as the workers will occasionally try to tame some and get it accustom to humans, additionally, they have a lot of knowledge on this. I have bought one here, and she is very feisty and healthy, which is all that matters. However, when it comes to fishes, you will need to be selective, always check if any fish is sick, they will let you pick your own fish.

Edit: We now have 2 dogs, they gave us good advise on how to train the dogs to eat for it's own health. Me and my family are very grateful for the advise.

I would suggest buyers to check the expiry date of food products, discovered that some of the dog kibbles expires within 1 month. some were already expired for 1 month. No complaints because it was actually the shop keeper that caught it and made me aware of the issue.

A convenient place at Bayan Bayu area to purchase pet's foods, equipments, aquariums, cages, etc. Anything you need should be able to get here.
There is a big aquarium with some big fishes, where your kid can buy a small pack of fish food at the counter to feed the fishes.

A shop where u can get variety of pets products here. Unfortunately, the grooming service is no longer available in this branch

Well stocked for pets' necessities, especially cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, etc. Products are competitively priced. The free parking for customers is definitely a plus.

Very well supplied, they basically has almost everything you need for your aquarium and aquascape hobby. Great service too, except the cashier, she seems to suffer PMS everyday.

Great petshop, neat and well maintained. Mr. Krisnaraj is very nice and explain things in detail and accuracy, his guidance helped to maintain the fishes properly and visiting the shop again and again for top of supplies and more fishes. Thanks to Krisnaraj👍
