The only shopping centre located conveniently close to airport. Offering all kinds of groceries, utilities and all other shopping centre goods. With the expansion of bus stop next to it, the amount of visitors does see a significant increase compared to the condition couple of years ago.

Easy to get parking and near at my home

The best place to shop grocery. Plenty of space for parking. However, the place can be crowded especially in peak hour. Happy shopping!

mini shopping centre (i guess?) various items, but not many food court cause it not a big place, but its great. have tealive, hot n roll, and several more mini cafes at the parking lot. ♥♥♥

Near to airport. Got a lot of street food and a lot of parking lot. So, can enjoy the shopping time.

Spacious. Reasonable price and many choices when buying food and households products. Check also electrical products sometimes on offer at very reasonable price. Located at Taman Bendahara with ample free parking and ATM facilities. Also easy to call and get Grab car.

One of best place to shop in Kota Bharu. This place offers veriety of choice for customers and always have a lot of customer. Wether you wanna find food, cloth, accecories, kitchen utensil, and daily need. Though is not as big as other mall, but it have 4 or 5 floor with specific categories. The price is cheap, reasonable and affordable. There's also branded item here that you can bought at an affordable price. The staff was also nice and friendly. Hope you guys enjoy shopping here.

Nice place for groceries shopping at Pengkalan Chepa area. Very convenient especially for UMK PC Campus students and those who work at Padang Tembak Industrial Area.

Parking is available and free for 1 hour, enough for those going for groceries or food.

A best place for shopping everything

On Saturday evening, there is night market emerge. After a walking into the night market either for food, window shopping, etc, then can do the same in the hypermarket, but this time options will be more and diverse. Plus the cool helps cool down the body temperature. Both markets gain benefits from each other.

I love it after the does a major renovation.. Cheap n fresh groceries and dont go on saturday night bcoz they have night market..so overcrowded and hard to park ur car

Your local go-to supermarket. Hence its everywhere in Kelantan. Fresh vegetables everyday. Some things are cheaper than tesco (like vegetables, fruits, snacks etc). They always have sales and promotions. There are tealive, guardian, takoyaki, hot & roll, bakery all in one place.

Good and perfect facilities , toilets perfect , parking perfect . Nothing to say but some of their staff are not friendly enough . Didn't give smile at all to their costumers .
