Is the slowest parcel I ever experienced that send through poslaju. My customer waited for a week since the parcel update shows at your hub and until now not even receive yet. Nobody pick up the call as well.

please be responsible to send my item. the status of my item is so annoying because for your information, in utm skudai we had poslaju ezibox. i never experience this before. don't you think i dumb because you never send my item right? if you said i am not in college, you should think twice before give a dumb answer. during this mco period, we can't go out to collect the item and please be responsible to send it back and put in poslaju ezibox.

There is NO NOTICE for when my parcel arrived and when I try calling their number MULTIPLE times and on DIFFERENT DAYS, nobody picks up.Your service sucks big time! It needs TONS of improvement.
