The level of Service, tastiness and food quantity really is top class. Their food presentation is really amaze.

While you are waiting there are free flow of yummy drinks and snacks. Not forgetting there is a big Television show on entertainment while waiting for your table.

Food at this restaurant has never disappointed us. Service staff are attentive and friendly. However, the place is a little old and run-down. The toilet needs some fixing.
It is better not to visit the washroom till you are done with your meal.

We went with a family of 16, and the room still can accommodate as we have many kids. The food quality and taste were awesome 😍 services were good too

Warakuya Japanese Gardens serves high quality omakase at RM300 per person. It's definitely one of the most astounding experience I ever had.

Their sashimi are very fresh. The service of the staff is very good.

Great place for Japanese Food, good customer services, good environment, and the food is extremely good too! The staff is very attentive and the food was served in short period of time. The food plating and presentation is very nice too.

The wait was atrociously long but there are drinks and snacks at their waiting lounge to make the wait bearable.

Upon entering, the staffs are friendly attentive and prompt with their services. Hot towels are given to refresh you before they serve what you order.

Their food is fresh and well prepared, well worth the premium that they charge. They accept major credit cards which makes payment a breeze. You will be automatically included in their membership when you spend above RM1000

There are adequate parking around the area which makes visiting a pleasure

The service and food are nice, it will be my 1st choice whenever I craving for sashimi.

Waiting time was okay (about 5-10 mins) when I went about 2pm thereabouts although it was still very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. There was some refreshments and seating area to wait for your number to be called. Food service was really fast and efficient. Though their food portion is quite a lot and we were in for a shock when we ordered the maki and each person ordered a main. I would recommend that you order one person portion only (like the bento sets) or order one or two less main if you are ordering food for sharing. The amount of carbs we ate was a lot!

I had lunch here in warakuya Japanese restaurant . It is a huge restaurant. It is menu select Japanese food. The price is affordable and the food is nice and delicious to eat. Environment is good too. They have karaoke room as well. Upon finish eating, they gave loyalty gift voucher of rm 5 to spend next visit and lucky draw.

Located near sutera mall. Warakuya serves affordable Japanese meal with a wide varieties to choose from the menu.

There are so many things to choose from the 2 menus. Before going in, you have to take a queue number. There’s massaging chair and free beverages outside.

Once your number is called. You will be seated inside. Very clean interior and crowded. Food was amazingly nice and fresh. Staff were very attentive.

Highly recommended. Will come again.

Sashimi set is packed with ice to keep its fresh taste. This is my go to value for meal and great taste Japanese restaurant nearby.

Their service and cute hand written notes are 10/10.

I always forget to use the rm10 cash voucher for my next order.

Good food and environment. The price is reasonable for such a good quality Japanese restaurant. but need to go earlier for lunch, if not the waiting time will be quite long

Great service. Warm towels to clean your hands are provided when you're seated.

Take your time to browse through the expansive menu and just press the call bell for service. Provides hair ties, wet wipes for spectacles, plastic aprons for a more comfortable and worry-free dining experience.

Complimentary pudding after the meal and another warm towel is provided.

Wide choice of foods to choose from the menu with GREAT presentation. Do visit early if you want to avoid long waiting times and limited parking space around that area. The service is good.

Overall 5*. Food is good for the price. Service could be a bit better. Our drinks was delivered after a reminder. Nice atmosphere and ambience. Pipe music is nice too. Just most of the noise comes from noisy patrons doing gathering there with small kids running around screaming and yelling. So nothing can be done about.

Read a previous review that it was the best jap restaurant in JB. After today's visit, I would agree! Excellent service, freshness and presentation. It was a 20 minute wait before I got a table, and during the wait at the seating area outside, they have free-flow of drinks and fruits. Upon getting a seat, hand towels were served. Service was excellent as the hot green tea was refilled to the brim frequently, despite the restaurant being full house. Presentation and taste of the food were top-notch. Indeed looking forward to the next visit!
