The Retails shop here sell the cheapest and quality products in Johor bahru . I get my flavour beg here only Rm 25 compare to the other retails at other Shopping mall in Johor Bahru . Its have a cinema here call MBO ,and Claws machine here . U can get entertainment time here . But unfortunately , the pasaraya Giant here is permantly closed .

Good place for alot of stuffs. Has entertainment like movies which is quite cheap and good along with restaurants, grocery shops , electronics, DIY, salons , karaoke etc!

U mall is very simple nice place for shopping for low budget people. It has two levels. In FIRST LEVEL it has the Mr.DIY shop which has most of useful home applicants and hand tools and many stuff. Also there is a karaoke place it is small i never tried it before it seems good. Also there is post office, small food court, kids gambling machines everywhere, clothes shops, smartphone shops, ATM, and small praying room. THE SECOND LEVEL this one has the Giant hyper market and some clothes shops, optics shop, smartphone serves shops, small pet shop, message, and more...

Modest place to go shopping. Has TF store for groceries and lots of massage parlours. Also has a cinema and DIY store. For those looking to send parcels, there is a Pos Laju counter here. Only downside, only one atm machine (CIMB).

There's an outlet of Mr. DIY where you can get almost everything. The mall also have a big car park, there's a car wash in the parking area under the mall. The mall also have a Giant Supershop outlet.

Watching movie here is the best part of this Mall 😍 And actually I don’t know about other shops because i went there at midnight 🤣. Seriously I love the clean and comfortable environment 😘 I watch Kaala movie 🎥 here and will watch more movie again bang bang bang 🔥💥🔥 LOVE IT 💕

I love to watch movie here. The price is cheapest compare to other place. But please don't park your car under the tree. You will get taik buru g dengan banyaknya
