It is an absolutely below standard about the experience taking 7.30am and 8.00am bus of PT Stage Bus Route 69. Since the bus driver is the same, so here are the dissatisfaction stated:

1. The bus driver drove over speed almost all the time, non-stop horns other vehicles that blocks his fast lane. The driver can even make phone calls, counting cashes, shout at onboarding passengers or other vehicles which blocks his way and runs at red light with high speed everytime. The driver even rushes at the roundabout at Bandar Baru without decelerates. This shows that the safety consciousness about driving bus is below standard.

2. Inappropriate behavior towards passengers, besides urges impatiently towards the passengers to get on the bus, and pay without giving changes (paid RM5 for RM1.90 with no changes), the bus driver once scolded loudly at a senior passenger as he didn't stated well about the destination (Kampar ke Bandar Baru? Cakap baik2 la woi sy pon tau Kampar la). Other elder passengers also being scolded by the driver as they walks slow at the stairs that the driver can't proceed his rushing.

3. When there is few passenger awaits at a bus stop, the driver chose to ignore and rushed by his own to end the route faster. Many of the passengers forced to take the Grab instead although they waved for signal to the driver. The bus supposed to depart from Kampar at 7.30am, but the driver rushed every time that he already arrived Malim Nawar at 7.35am and depart from Malim Nawar at 7.40am (supposedly 7.50am-8.05am). The driver also stopped at the roadside before the Kuala Dipang bus stop just to buy his breakfast. I know I should respect the driver rushing the job daily, but the departure time and arrival time is way too much difference as stated.

As the result, I heard too much complaints from other passengers about all the issues stated above in the bus (when the driver buying breakfast), however there is no improvement but getting much more below standard about the bus experience (maybe no one complains to the bus company at all). For the conclusion that the issues faced by other passengers and myself, the same driver is the main reason that caused all the dissatisfaction. So I hope the driver can learn from mistakes to drive safely and on time too, this helps a lot to improve our passengers' bus experience. If else, the bus driver should be changed instead.
