Kaki Gunung Jerai

Well been there is a very veryyyyyyyy steep high so I ask for a professional to take me there lol. That place is cold as hell not to mention the resort on top is top notch (no pun intended) might be for rakyat kayangan maybe I just visit not staying there lol. Overall experience is great

This is the only cool place in the area. so everybody wants to go here especially in weekends

it you want to go. go early in the morning, as early as possible.

or you can hire a van to go up.

So cool here with a natural flora and quality air breathing. Very nive place for healing alone or with family.

Great place to visit with family and friends. You can walk for almost 12 kilometers from the parking lot all the way to the peak. Alternatively you can also drive to the peak. View from the peak is nice. There are one food court, a resort and a restaurant for rich people like you to eat while enjoying the view from the peak. It is a bit chilly there so bring extra layer if you wanna pretend like you are in Switzerland.

Best place to bring your kids and families for holiday. There are many activities you can try there and of course you need to pay for each of them such as sky view, flying fox, skydiving and etc at the lobby. You can find the lobby near the cafe. It's recommended to come early in the morning if you don't want a hard time to find parking. You can park either at the 'kaki gunung' or at the resort area. After lunch, there will be a long line up waiting to park so better to come early. The road is also very thrilling, so make sure you service your car and tyres in good condition before coming. The food is a bit pricey but it's worth trying. There are also souvenir places for you to bring home some 'memories'. Since the path is so high to climb, it's better to wear flat shoes. There are many paths that will bring you to different locations. You can try it all. There are many insta spots here so bring your camera and a good 'photographer'. It's not just about the mount, on your back at the 'kaki gunung', there are many stalls selling corns. The price is very affordable and tastes so good. You must try it if you come to Mount Jerai.

I'm went on Saturday around 11.30am. need to waiting the jerai hill resort van for pick up. Rm80/van. Parking lot is so hot. But at peak so cool.. love it

Beautiful nature & pleasant walking to the top. Mostly shades on the paved road all length. Famously known for local & outsiders to hike to the top of Mount Jerai. On way back there are van provided to bring you down should you choose not to walk. This mount is higher than any hill on Penang

Good view and nice place for healing and eating

Excellent place to know about the history of Wan Mat Saman Canal that was constructed back in the early 20th century. A must go place for a historian lover.

Nice view up there...you can go and have a nice coffee with your wife or girlfriend 😁

Great view. Expect loads of crowd. Small road,recommended to take the van to the top.

Come come to kedah,Malaysia...if you love nature ...this is the right place ever🥰...you can walk,jog,cycling,by motor,by car or public transport like van (chargeable,but price i'm not sure for van)...camping also can...no entry fee to go up to kaki gunung jerai...you can buy roti canai or nasi lemak b4 you go up to gunung jerai...if not you still can find food in one of hotel up there...choice is yours for food😁👌
