I cabut wisdom tooth dekat klinik ni. Very smooth experience. Tak sakit langsung masa cabut. I walk in tak perlu appointment macam klinik gov lain. Dental clinic has very good service from dentist to nurse. Doctor is kind, skilled and professional. Explains patiently and is very approachable.

Klinik Pergigian Baling can be consider big enough for Baling resident since baling community not to big. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilet easy to find and clean. Inside are aircond and there's entertainmnt as tv display. Everything good enough, just for certain treatment you need to wait for the appppointmnt date.

I had the best experience here. I was referred to KP Baling as the specialist only available at this clinic. The service was fast, excellent & the staff are so friendly. From the front desk, to nurses & doctors. All are very attentive & helpful. The clinic is quite big. They have lots of rooms & doctor available here. So the waiting period is short if u have made an appointment earlier. The longest time I had to wait is 30 mins. Most of the time took me less than 15 mins. They even have kids area, where sometimes the nurses will entertain childrens while waiting for the appointment. They have activities like puzzles, coloring & story telling. At the end of session childrens will get gifts such as teeth shape eraser & puzzle.

the manner of a counter attendant at this clinic is very bad, I just asked but was scolded in front of the public and embarrassed me, I am very disappointed with the manner of a nurse who takes care of the register counter I will never come to this clinic again . I hope the person who takes care of the counter is more civilized with other people.
