Hello cuma nak tanya, sampah yg ada kat area Kolam Air Talang diurus oleh mana-mana pihak? Sampah sudah lama belum dibawa menyebabkan kawasan sekitar sangat busuk...

Actually not worth for even one star, I raise issue through official website by email since nov2023. Until new year jan 2024, email forward more than 8 ppl yet no answer. They just throw the ball from one
department to another department. End up I cincai find a number to call and transfer here and there, I need explanation regarding my bill issue. She ask me physically walk in to branch. What a joke nowadays no physical bill sent out, everyone must remember and bear by own self. Now issue raised, I ask you and mentioned that can’t settle through email or phone call. They said hard to explain bla bla bla, ask me walk it. So what a joke to move backward when the other side ask customer move to online platform. No a proper way to let me complain regarding inefficiency of their department, so here I wrote for it. Pls la. At least let customer pay for it worth, this kind of service definitely 👎👎👎
