KK Wong Seng Restaurant

We were recommended by our homestay host. The restaurant was already packed when we arrived. However, the service was attentive and fast. We ordered their signature tofu, steamed tilapia, claypot radish pork trotter and stir fried baby french beans. The bill came out around RM80 which is very reasonable. All dishes were tasty. Will definitely visit again to try other dishes when we are in Kuala Kangsar.

It was a Sunday at 2pm when we arrived, surely they almost closed at 2.30pm, but they still took orders and served 14 of us.

We ordered 5 dishes and only cost RM260+ (depending on what you ordered and white rice).

They are famous for their curry fish head and pork leg dual flavored. We also ordered the marmite pork, kangkung and lala (shell liked seafood).

This place is usually packed during exact noon lunch and dinner, so be there early.

Relative recommend this shop. All dishes are good. Must try the toufo. Service is fast.

Delicious food within reasonable prices. A true local old school restaurant. The shop may look plain but you'll leave feeling satisfied.

Got there about 9pm after being recommended by someone local. Place was full with families and aunties/uncles. Service was quick and friendly and all the food was delicious and so so well priced!

Second time here. First was last Monday from KL on the way to Penang. Found the food here delicious and decided to stop by again on the way back after Penang.
Last Monday steamed assam fish and Thai-styled fried chicken were great.
Decided to try their famous curry fish head today.

Claypot curry fish head is delicious. Fried sotong is nice too. The ingredients are fresh. We enjoyed our meal here. Food are served quickly. Good crowd consider today a week day.

Excellent, very nice curry fish head and pai gu wang. Thick gravy. Price is reasonable.

Taste good and you can special request for vegetarian food as well. Vegetarian curry hot pot is delicious.
