Saya suka sgt dgn doktor2 & staff2 kat sana peramah, baik & sgt membantu. Service sgt bagus, drpd takut jadi xtakut sgt cabut gigi. Nanti2 boleh sy berurusan lg kat sini. Very recommended 🥰

Belum pernah mendapatkan rawatan di sini tapi tadi pergi buat appointment staf kaunter sangat sopan dan membantu. Penerangan pun jelas. Terima kasih

Was at the Sitiawan Dental clinic this morning 19.02.24. The registration counter manned by polite nurses and it went smoothly. Waiting period was normal as expected .

When my turn came was greeted by a nice female Dentist and her male assistant and told the Dentist I need a scaling job to be done on my teeth.
I was surprised that during the process I was made to hold the water suction and told to suck out the water in my mouth myself while she was doing the descaling work , the assistant was doing files arranging and sometime came to take the suction tube from me.

Is this the Stardard Operating Procedure
Of this Dental Clinic?. Why do you need to put a person purposely to assist the dentist during the procedure but was busy with other chores. Put a clerk there if the file is too much to be handle rather than a dentist assistant who was happy to be doing other work rather than his actual work as an assistant to the dentist.
