My favourite is their kopi o peng! And their pau too . The pau dough is so soft & it reminds me the olden days recipe, but do come early cos their pau sells fast everyday! The noodles & chicken chop are good too..
the ambiece are rustic , laid back in the colonial era shop houses.. it is clean ! Ample parkibg behind the coffee shop.
Weekends can be packed so come early.

The old school flavors that has everyone wanting for more. It came highly recommended by a colleague who used to study in Malay College and patronizes the place every time he is Kuala Kangsar. The baos are extremely soft and flavorful. The chicken chop is as original as you can get to a Hainanese version and it’s so delicious that one isn’t enough. Mee Hailam was just as good.

A must visit kopitiam in Kuale. The kopitiam collects memories since the olden days, their beef steak is colonial-styled and Kopi is authentic. Oh don't forget their Pau (though I prefer the one in Tg. Malim)

RM 20 for chicken chop, is quite expensive. Potion is small, but is nice.

I add on another toast with butter Kaya. Yes, it is very nice.
But you need DIY.

Kaya very rich and it is homemade.

The Pau/steamed bao is the best in the world (for me). It's a Chinese restaurant but most of the patrons are Malay. I've been coming to this shop since my schooling time.

Popular hainanese kopitiam. Famous for its curry beef and chicken pau, not forgetibg its roti bakar topped with wonderful home cooked kaya and butter. Its is chicken chop and beef steak are ever popular and in demand. A must visit if u in Kuala Kangsar

Good place to have roti bakar telur and iced coffee. Nice beef pau and a very vintage kopitiam. Cash only which is disappointed. Toilets was acceptable.

The best part of the coffee house is the pao. You will have to be early to get it because it usually sold out fast. Especially if you are making the trip during holidays hoping to dine in, make sure that you go early. it is always crowded with people during holidays. Btw the food is expensive. There is an interesting reason for the price but the quality and taste of the food is not behind it.

This place has been around for a very long time. A family business passed down generations. The steamed buns here are amazingly soft and delicious. A very popular spot for locals from all over the country. A must when in kuala kangsar or even for a quick stop along your journey north. Place can be crowded during mealtimes and the pau (steamed buns) will run out. To ensure you get some best to call and order ahead. Highly recommended.

It's one of the place that we always drop by when we are in Kwaler. The pau here is phenomenal. It's a very olde looking chinese coffee shop and it has been around since the time that I went to school here. In fact, beyond that time. Try the beef steak too, you'll not regret it.

The chicken chop and toast were good. Portions fair size and pricing reasonable. Will definately come back for more in the future. Old school western cafe. Nice!

only those who doesnt understand food or wrong order will give this shop one or two star. i didnt has high hope for this, but i am shock with their kaya toast and pao, the taste cannot be found in whole KL and selangor. the bread, firm, thick, crispy, the kaya, believed using duck egg with ginger, smooth and tasty. its truly out of this world.

This coffee shop has been operating for more than 50 years. The owners are Chinese but they use all halal ingredients and all Muslim workers. Come here for good pau, nasi goreng and Chinese style chicken chop.

The pao here is very nice. I have tried their red bean, chicken and curry beef, really great. The best is the drink that they made, as I ordered the Horlicks and it is thick and nice.
