I have my item reaching the facility at 10am in the morning until 2pm same day still sitting inside without any updates from the system. Nvr pick up calls. Gosh.

been waiting since morning until 530pm same day, not picking up a single call, my item sat there for 8 hours, without being processed even though I m living at 35 mins driving distance according to Google map, worst pos laju experience.

I would've chosen other services honestly, if given the choice. But the seller picked PL. On 7th of September, it says Out for Delivery since 12 PM. I got home from work at 6 PM, still no parcel. Finally, at 6.45 PM it says Delivery Attempted, but failed. How, exactly? Three people were home all day long (and I was home at 6) they'd definitely hear if someone was at the gates. Proof? Two other parcels were delivered safely at 2PM and 4PM by J&T and NinjaVan on the same day. I don't think PL ever even reached my neighborhood, moreover "attempted". Never had this kind of problem with other delivery services.

The service is really the worst.
Calls pick up but hang off immediately.
No matter how many times called, still the same.
Even living same area with the post office, still couldn't get the parcel on time.
When tracking ady out for delivery for whole day, still not receiving any parcel.
If there is 0 mark for the rating, surely will be rated for 0.

Call xjwb lama then bila jwb staff letk balik fon tu, repeated 20 times n same thing happen.

I dont know how to describe a poor service like this. Poor Malaysia to have workers like the people in Poslaju. Previous month, there still many people in Poslaju. But now, everybody going to Jnt. I want to be patriotic and support Poslaju for being with Malaysia throughout the years. But most of them are lazy, uninspired and not amanah in work.

Bad customer service. A customer service suppose to be nice and polite but it was otherwise. Should probably fix the customer service, or else the negative review on google will keep increasing. Thank you and have a good day everyone.

They always peram 1 day before out for delivery the next day..theres no "post today tomorrow arrive" but "pos harini, esok kitorang peram dulu, lusa kot baru pos"...very sampah service liao

Called them 3 times - every time they pick up phone and immediately hang up without saying anything. I am confused and frustrated.

Very poor customer service. How can when customer call they just answer and immediately ended the call. 😠😡

The facility was dirty. Spider web everywhere, floor is dirty, and when i enter the office, it smells like cockroaches. The service is mediocre.
