MPKj Sport Complex, Bandar Baru Bangi

Big and spacious! Really good place for physical activities. Suitable for indoor and also outdoor activities. Not yet try the indoor. But here got court for futsal, badminton and others.

As for outdoor, got track for run, jogging and other activities. Also got playground for kid to play.

We came on weekdays around 5pm like that. During that time, athlete are training for their tournament maybe. While my kid want to run on the track, the coach came and not allowed us to be there. He said it’s for safety reason. Or maybe they rent that track on that time. I’m not sure 😅

But after 6, they went away and only can use the track.

Parking is provided for free. During weekdays its not really crowded. Let see how this coming weekend.

Great tracks! It open all the time (only close if got official sports event). I trained during fasting month recently at night with no stadium lights but it's still ok as long as I can run. Many people run at night.

Good place to do sport things. Free entrance..got futsal court n paintball centre also. If u wanna have coffee or teh tarik after exercise a lot of F&B shops serround this place...u may also can do laundry while u jogging hear. There is self service laundrettes near this place

I love this sports tracks. Nice, well maintain. Can run at night (without light). Ample parking space

The place is kid friendly with a park and there is tons of facilty that you can use here such as badminton courts and squash court. But im not sure do you need to book it because i use it to jog.

The best track and field facilities in Bangi.

I have been coming here to jog since the past 10 years+ or so.
And... finally reviewing. Glad that the maintenance is completed. Especially on the running track. Very nice job done. So many people turning up.

But, at the padang rumput there is a wood sticking out like a sore thumb near the goal that is nearest to the parking area.

Its pretty difficult to notice since it is only around 1ft high. Very dangerous & high risk of injury. It is at the middle area in front of the goal.

Really hope the relevant authorities take notice and get rid of it before any injuries/accidents happen. And also before the public deciding to take matters in their own hand which could cause damage to the field.

I shall put up a picture when I go there once again.

Tl/dr: nice siap pun setelah sekian lama. Ada kayu terpacak dekat gol, minta tolong buang. Membahayakan pengguna. Gambar akan dimuat naik kemudian.

Good revamped facility, okay ish toilets, nice resurfaced running tracks, thankfully no cyclists lol, lights on until 11pm.

No Bicycle. Free park. Spotlight not on at night but can enter and jog.
