Please ticketing team and technical team be alert. I heard about it before. But this time, happened to my family. They done error with name registration. So one of my family cannot proceed to do umrah. They did something to fix it but really slow in action. They did not prepared worst case scenario and standard SOP. I will give a rate and edit this , after all this issue has been thoroughly reported , investigated and solve.

After my family has been move to movenpick hotel , while waiting for technical and operation team to fix the issue. They are boarded the aircraft to Madinah. Thanks to ustaz Aizat and Ustaz Redhwan for handle this matter and Azzuha Team. I pray and hope this issue will not repeated to others.

In 2019, we were searching for a reliable umrah agency that can understand our concern as a first timer. We attended the Travel Fair in PWTC and surveyed almost all exhibitors.
