Having a good lunch with family at Ani Sup Utara, a covenient restaurant and delicous soup..right after ate, shopped at Econsave. As usual, affordable price and manage to brought back gift from customer service.

Great place to shop and dine. Plus, there is also a Sunday Flea Market (held every Sundays, duh) on the mezzanine. Bargains galore! Parking is free.

Kip mall is semi cheap place where you can buy lot of daily clothes, hand bang, shoes, baby clothes and many more. I love this place soo much as the item is affordable and many choises. There is a lot of food and restaurants inside this mall too. Plus, you can enter econsave formly known as cheap market to buy wet seafood and other groceries. I am sure to come again to this place

There are times when we don't really need to be followed around by staff of the premise. And we were okay to see staff sitting around busy with their phones. It was late and the store was closing in 45 minutes when we walked in.

But Eriesca assisted us when we had inquiries about iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 13 and MacBook Air M2 512GB. She was not only helpful and offered to check stock at other stores, she also followed up and updated us promptly. I was impressed with her product knowledge and resourcefulness.

Eriesca was also upfront with all add-on values offered by different banks instalment plans. All in all, it was a pleasant experience shopping at Switch KIPMall Kota Warisan. Keep up the great work, Eriesca!

Free parking, many shops inside. A very nice place to go shopping.

Worth coming to this shop.all items sold at RM2 not RM2.10 . Some higher quality value at RM5 flat. Bought several items from this shop like chocolate durian, oink Himalayan salt, fine salt. Brown sugar at RM2. MR.DOLLAR SHOP new.

Satisfied. Have many shoplots even pharmacy and bookstore. Many hijab shop too. Affordable price. Many of food choices to sit and enjoy with family too. Shopping and eating. Good area. Near clinic too. 👍

Busy neighbourhood mall which has a big supermarket with plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, hair salon and enterprises. The mall has almost everything that you can find.

Well equipped with shop and supermarket. Very convenient for those who stay around the region. Overall well deserved 5 stars

Place is nice but packed. Ate at boat noodle but the taste is not the same at ikano. Sad as i like the food a lot and then to taste lt like it has no taste is sad. Hopefully i hope that this review will improve their quality

Kinda nice for a small town mall.
The escalator have been broken for a year now but not a problem.

The problem is the toilet. Its like 90's era of toilet. Please renovate the toilet. U can use Aeon Nilai or Dpulze toilet as reference.

Very reasonably priced and a good variety of selection.
