Hospital Pakar An-Nur

A few months ago, my grandmother was admitted into the hospital because she recently returned from her umrah and fallen sick to Covid-19. As a fellow visitor, I came to accompany her. The MO (Dr.Hamzaini) and staff from the emergency department were really friendly and caring towards both the patients and visitors. I really recommend everyone of this hospital for its great hospitality and overall welcoming aura, thank you Hospital Pakar An-Nur!

I can't help but share the fantastic journey my family and I had at Hospital Pakar Annur, Bangi. Dr. Mahani has been our rock, taking care of our daughter Tasnim since she was a tiny 3-month-old bundle of joy, and now at 2 years old. Dr. Mahani's friendliness and thorough understanding of her patients make every visit a delight. 👩🏻‍⚕👧🏻🤍

Tasnim's stay at Level 5 - Kids Ward was exceptional. The nurses displayed unparalleled kindness and manners, making the entire experience gentle and polite. Since 2020, I've never encountered anything but professionalism and care from the nursing team.

Kudos to Hospital Pakar Annur's management for the remarkable improvements. The once lengthy admission queues are now lightning-fast, and the ground-level registration team is not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. Special shoutout to the sisters, especially the one with glasses (I forgot her name but won't forget her kindness). ☺❤🩷

The billing team deserves praise for their helpfulness in explaining insurance policies promptly and efficiently. Well-briefed and efficient – they made the process a breeze.

What truly sets Hospital Pakar Annur apart is the infusion of Islamic lifestyle 🕌☪. From the azan to Quranic recitations, I felt a sense of security akin to staying in a hotel. Is this a hospital or a hospital + hotel? 😂😍🥰

Summing it up, my experience in the ward was nothing short of awesome! Grateful for the excellent care and service at Hospital Pakar Annur. The only Islamic Lifestyle Hospital In Malaysia 🇲🇾 . Welldone to Management team Annur!

The paed Dr Mahani is very good, calm and always comfort our as a parent for consulting baby.

My husband seeing Dr Oteh today. I'm so impressed with the hospital. From GL to registration was smooth. The waiting area n cafe have a small playground for kids. If they can add more play stuff for kids it will be perfect for those who have to wait for so long like us. The nurse is so sweet too. Talk so lembut. Overall love this hospital. Thank u for your hospitality. So comfortable.

What a great hospital! Last few months my mom was admitted here and there was an ustazah visiting to my mom's room, asked how my mom was. Ustazah also advised my mom on her ibadah during her sick, guided how to take ablution using bottle spray. My mom told me that she felt very happy because this hospital provide Shariah guidance during her admitting in hospital. I realized that there still other ways to make ibadah even when sick. This hospital is very recommended for all! Thank you so much.

My mother is a regular patient for An-Nur more than 5years. An-Nur is a very good hospital with shariah compliance vibes. They also have ustaz/ustazah if you want some advice from them. Really good.

The way new and old visitor/patient been treated once step in An-Nur really good. Start from receptionist until discharge.

My mother is a regular patient atleast twice a month for physio theraphy session under one physiotherapist, i dont know her name. But the way she handle my mother really good.

In addition, they also have service like radiology, emergency and many kind of specialist if i am not mistaken.

If there is someone want to find the best hospital/healthcare service in Bangi, I highly recommend An-Nur because of the service.

I recently visited the ENT department at An-Nur Hospital, and it was truly amazing! The staff there were incredibly kind and helpful right from the moment I arrived. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean.When I met with the ENT specialist, Dr. Khizuan, he listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. In my opinion, Dr. Khizuan provided excellent and thorough care to his patients during our meeting.The nurses were very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout my 3-night stay in the ward. The room was spacious and cozy, and the food was delicious too.Overall, my time at An-Nur Hospital was the best. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of ENT assistance. They really know what they're doing, and they take great care of their patients.👍👍👍👍👍

Last week, i was admitted at An Nur Hospital due to blood high pressure. And i was consult with Dr Maisara. I really love her! Very supportive, lovely and kind! All the nurses & staff very polite!

My daughter was warded here for 4 days, it was a very comfortable stay here, the nurse came immediately when being called, everything was super smooth from warded in to discharge. First choice hospital for me and my kids.

My mother was admitted to Annur, where the staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and efficiency. She received top-notch treatment for gastritis and fever that had persisted for two weeks. The Annur doctors diagnosed and explained the situation thoroughly, and thankfully, my mother has recovered well Alhamdulillah

I consistently choose this hospital as my first preference due to its steadfast commitment to Islamic observance, outstanding facilities, and exceptional accommodations, ensuring a comfortable stay. The medical team, including doctors, nurses, and staff, is highly accommodating in meeting my children's needs. Additionally, I find the pricing for inpatient and outpatient services to be reasonable, even with our medical cards. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital.

If your child need to see paediatrician,this hospital offers a best care for children, from the ward, dr and all auxiliary staff..and here's some advice, please bring your beautiful child to see Dr khairul azman if needed...in my opinion as a healthcare personnel, he is a very good Dr and will definitely treat your child wisely insyallah..sekian, an honest review from a father of a handsome boy and 2 beautiful girl.

This is my first time at Hospital Annur. So far the environment is good. Nurses is so friendly and polite. Of course there’s hiccup here and there but overall I’m quite impressed. Luckily me I’ve got single standard room which is covered by GL. Otherwise I had to stay at deluxe room which is we had to pay extra. There is one tiny problem. I supposed to stay one night only but the doc a bit busy to check on me after surgery. so I had to stay another day for that reason. So it’s a bit suspicious. Overall I do recommended this hospital.

The facilities are superb and the room is spacious at affordable prices. I was impressed with the touchscreen monitor attached to each bed which came with entertainment as well. My kid enjoyed his admission here. Great explanation and assistance during our staying. Thank you.

One of the few islamic or syariah compliant hospitals in the country. It has advanced facilities, incl a bed side patient screen that allow xray/blood results to be viewed, movie streaming, web surfing, radio, quran recitation and many more functions, which won them an innovation award recently. Friendly staff. Clean and nicely coloured. Adequate medical specialities. Comfortable wards.

Admitted due to accident. ANSH was very accomodating and helpful despite limited assistance from GH.

Spent around 11 days in the ward, Treated by Ortho and Plastic Surgeon. Everything is quite pleasant, especially the plastic surgeon.

Staff are polite and helpful from Admission, surgical ward, F&B, cleaning and billing. Especially F&B staff. Food is great. Have menus you can select from, and delicious compared to normal hospital food.

My only regret is that I'm not well enough during the stay, if not it would have been a great staycation 😁😁 However will not repeat my stay if I'm in good shape.

My go to hospital when in need. I delivered my baby here through emergency czer. My thoughts about the hospital:-

1. Efficient and fast care during my emergency cesarean delivery as Dr Fatimah and nurses responded promptly. Only took 15 mins after realising fetal distress to the OT. This fast response saved my baby and me.

2. My baby was admitted twice due to high fever and abnormal readings for blood test. Dr Nor Mahani attentiveness and accurate diagnosis helped my baby to recover. Plus, the proactive approach of verifying insurance coverage before procedures demonstrate a patient-centered approach to healthcare.

3. A striking improvement in my baby's eczema under the care of the dermatologist, Dr Nur Ashikin is a positive outcome.

The ward is comfortable and the other services are comparable with other private hospitals. Except that on the weekends, we need to go down the lobby for billing and pharmacy then going back to the ward for discharge, quite a hassle actually. Another plus point is, the hospital is shariah compliant.
