Rare temple where GURU n GOD reside together where usually we find in other temples it will be either single Murugan statue or with his consorts GODDESS VALLI n GODDESS DHEIVANAI. MURUGA'S Vahanam MAYIL or Peacocks roam freely n not confined which is a great sight n blessings in disguise indeed. Those spiritual seekers seeking GURUVARUL which leads towards THIRUVARUL shall visit here.

Every year during Thaipusam and Panguni Uthiram festival, my family and I never miss visiting this Beautiful Temple. Good vibration and peaceful.

Temple is situated inside the village of Dengkil, a peaceful place to rest and meditate.
Temple is surrounded by peacocks flying around and the birds chirping all the time.

Words could not really describe the divine feelings I had. I was welcomed with a peacock dance when I wanted to offer milk to the Lord. Then a group of devotees came to show me the Panchamirthavaanam or five offerings while the hyms were sung. I was in total trance. Even now I am in supreme bliss. May the Lord shower his blessings to everyone who look for him. Vetri Vel Muruganukku Haro Hara! Shri Pamban Swamikku Haro Hara!
