This 1 star is literally for bad customer service my son and I received at the cashier on 26 march 2023, at around 1.15 to 1.25pm. I suggest Watson to train their staff on queuing ethics and customer rights.

I have been queuing with my teenage son for a while. It was fairly a long queue. However just before our turn came, I quickly went to pick up an item from an aisle. My son was still in queue. As I came back to the queue, another lady was at the cashier, in front of my son. She had cut the queue.

I asked the cashier why is there a different lady in front of me? Her response was that I was away from the queue. I said my son was queuing, why didnt you serve my son and let another customer cut the queue? She just kept quiet. I also told the customer that had cut the queue to at least ask for permission before cutting in but she also did not respond. We have been queueing and the cashier had allowed this behaviour of cutting queue to happen. After my questionening I would expect the cashier to process my items first and ask the lady whom cut the queue to queue behind us. But it never happened and the cashier just proceeded to process the lady's item and payment. Best of all, there wasn't a single apology from the cashier nor the cutting-queue lady through out this incident. We had to leave Watson due to disappointment by the treatment received. Watson should really train their staff on treating customer this is so disappointing as a regular customer of Watson's.

Menyusahkan customer , kalau tak boleh guna cashless debit terus jela cakap ada masalah line. Ni tidak, dah wave debit card , duit dh tolak . Lepastu katanya duit floating tak terima duitnya. Lepastu cust pulak yg kena call pihak bank kalau tak dapat refund.

Very very bad customer service..manager tolong take note eh..yg staff pompuan semua perangai kerek..kau period hari2 ke nyah..tanya soalan kat kaunter pon cam ajak gaduh..lolll..kalau boelh pecat je semua staff perempuan...

Staff mengikut dan ada cubaan nak merakam saya mcm seolah saya mencuri barang. Beautician lelaki dan perempuan. Perlekehkan saya ke apa? Service teruk daripada 2 org ni. You better watch out. Saya tahu apa saya nak buat. Takde niat nak mencuri. Masuk situ dgn niat baik, keluar terus rasa menyampah dilayan mcm ni. Mengikut seolah saya yg jahat ya. Rimas. Service paling teruk daripada beautician watson kipmall kota warisan.

staf tak senyum, bile orang tanye nak tak nak je jawab, tahu penat tapi tak salah nak senyum jawab elok elok pandang muka customer !

Please sediakan papan tanda tulis No Testing, bila orang dh test baru ckp xleh test dan kena paksa beli.

Worst service..cashier sombong sangat dengan customer.
