Good customer service

Rude employee. I only came with cash. I didn't bring my handbag and phone. I bought things. When I wanted to pay with a rude face and rolling her eyes, she asked if I had small change. I said no. sHe said she didn't have small change. Ask me to use card or whatever. then i say no. she still with smug face said we don't have any small money. then i just leave item at cashier. very disappointing. watsons don't have small money? good way u throw away customers. so after what happened yesterday i go to watsons bandar baru nilai.buy a same thing and pay they ask me small change.but when i say i only have cash.they accept my cash with friendly face.not a rude face!!!

hate this watsons, staff who don't know how to respect customers, especially customers with small children, very different from other watsons that I been to bfore.. I've had 2 times with this watsons.yall’s should put up a sign no children allowed in my opinion.
