Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Tan Mei Wen is so thorough and informative, and lets us know every step of the way what’s going on. Very calming, as well. She and her staff have a special way of making our visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.

Dr Serene was super nice and gentle, it was almost painless which I am so satisfied about. She will make sure that you are okay and tell you which padt will hurt more so you are ready but when it came to it, it is not painful as imagined because of her gentleness. No wonder the rating is 5 star!

Not to forget their responsive and helful receptionist who has helped me with the appointment and payment.

Lumiere Clinic in Kota Warisan truly deserves high praise for their exceptional dental services. The experience with their dental team was simply amazing. Not only were they skilled professionals, but they also demonstrated exceptional patience and gentleness, especially with my son. My son, were at ease here, thanks to the clinic's staff. The way they handled my son and made the tooth extraction process painless was commendable. Dr. Tan in particular, stood out for their remarkable expertise and caring approach. I am are grateful to have found such a wonderful dental clinic in Lumiere, where my kids' oral health is in capable and compassionate hands. Kudos to the entire team for making dental visits a positive experience for my family.

Excellent service and work with reasonable price point. The doctor really took the time to explain and answer all my questions . She even showed photos of my tooth and explain the process. I’d also recommend people who have been wondering about wearing braces and/or having teeth whitening service to come here for consultation.

The service is great! Today, I do scaling with airflow. Very painless like the Dr and nurses said. The female doctor is very gentle and beautiful. She is very patient when answering my weird questions.

Previously my teeth are very sensitive. So, it makes me trauma to come to dental clinic.

But this clinic is 100% recommended to come! The place is very strategic, comfortable waiting area and varieties of food at the pantry area. The nurses are friendly and so nice. I also bought the waterfloss which is very affordable compared to shopee 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I came here with my filling gone, hurting my teeth due to the place because, since my teenage years, I've been too lazy to take care of my teeth. The doctor is very talented, and the amazing staff makes this a great place to get a check-up for a weekly visit.

I changed my dentist from previous to this one as I found I got a clearer explanation on the pricing, details of treatment I can do and best is the nurse are knowledgeable to suggest what needed to do before the doctor examined me. I was injected twice but amazingly I didn’t feel any pain! No wonder the kid who came before me who had her tooth pulled did not cry as well. I believe it’s the doctor skill.

I think imma stay doing treatments in this clinic as

1) I don’t get shock when i pay as everything will be informed to me prior to treatment

2) my treatment from previous clinic was corrected n it was much better experience in this clinic

3) even the nurse are pretty knowledgeable of what the doctor may suggest to me prior to do my treatment

Came to this dental clinic for scaling and polishing. Dr. Tan was skilful and provided excellent care and service. She was also able to provide me advice on how to improve my dental hygiene.

Dr tan is a very gentle dentist.her explanation is also detail and easy to understand. The consultation also include the picture of problem areas. I am very happy with the scaling.everyone should grab the promo of EMS air flow.

Best experience for scaling. All staff are good. Will come back for other treatment.

In the process of the EMS scaling, a dirt can be detected. The EMS scaling is a bit costly than the normal scaling. But, it's better result and no pain.

I’m not a fan of dental clinic since young due to many bad experiences with different dentists. However, my experience with Dr Tan at Lumiere has changed my perspective. She was very gentle and took the time to explain my situation before starting the process. I was nervous because I am very afraid of the pain when the dentist drills the cavity in the tooth but the process was surprisingly smooth and I felt minimal pain, almost painless. I’m so glad that I found this clinic. Definitely my go to clinic in the further for dental checkup!
