First time sending my car for service here, overall I can say that the service is very good, thanks to the Service Advisor (Ms. Balqis) for the great service... from beginning when she greeted me, explained about the service process, proceeded with the payment, till returning back the car key to me, she is very helpful and politely assisting me.

I am sure the other customers will feel the same though 🤗🤗

Will definitely come back here for my next car service.

Friendly Staff and the most important thing breakfast are provided by Toyota Nilai 3s Centre.
While you’re waiting you can lookup and survey a brand new Toyota vehicle 🚗.
Washroom are clean and comfy.

Nice place compared with Bangi service ctr. Good customer service.
Got free refreshment - morning > nasi lemak and fried noodle.
Waiting time within 1.5hrs.

Always coming back to service my car here even though I stay quite far away. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. They provided breakfast and free-flow refreshment for the customer who are waiting.
Another great thing here, they have provided the high desk setting complete with power extension and wifi connection. You still can wait for your car to be serviced and at the same time working on your computer. For me, I don't need to take time-off or leave just to service my car.
Car wash service is another exceptionally option offered.
The service advisor explained very thouroughly and friendly. All of them deserved to get a pay rise.
Good job management here.

Terima kasih byk2 Sarah (the sales advisor😍) for being humble, honest & fast response whenever we ask details about Innova X. The car service area, as well as the customer waiting area (sgt convinient with the children playing area, internet surfing & also some refreshment provided like milo ice from the machine, biscuits, etc.) Additionally, the toilets are also ohsem! Haven't tried the surau, yet.

Great experience. Definitely recommended if you wish to get car service here.

Very good service from Mr Khairul Ariff. I recommed this guy as your agent to buy any toyota vehicle. I bought innova x and within 3 weeks i got the car with colour that i request plus vehicle plat number interchange.

Came here for a test drive. I was greeted by Albert. Very friendly and humble salesman. Answered all of my questions attentively and guided my test drive very well! Can’t wait to book for my dream car! So far experience here is great!!

Is very clean and conform waiting area with work desk, if you want to work while waiting. Would be perfect if reception and delivery bays are covered.

My first experience driving TOYOTA VIOS 1.5 is such a GREAT experience ever. Thanks to the sales person SAHIDA SAHAR who knows how to satisfy a client's needs. Make me believe in the product or service TOYOTA are selling. She knows how to to get the job done quickly. She is very patience in answering all my questions. Last Thursday 21st Nov is my first 1000km service with Toyota. Service center is very clean, comfortable, the staff is very easy to deal with & friendly. I went to the service center on weekdays so there is no waiting list, so i am grateful that i am the only customer she is handling :D very relax, neat, easy parking, good facilities.. can watch TV while waiting and enjoy free Wifi and drinks..keep up the good work!

Service was quick. Car wash sama mcm service centre lain, tak bersih. But at least I got that free car wash unlike some other service centres that cannot provide that free service because they don't have enough people to do the job. The service advisor was friendly but did not explain anything with regard to the service provided. The cafe bar was good although there were limited numbers of food served there. The drinks were OK. The toilets were very clean. I did not look at the surau though. The waiting area was cozy and they have a kids corner there.
More seats available for customers during my recent visit. Toyota provides breakfast for customers in the morning. Their service advisor I met today is very polite and explained details of the service to me, way better than the service advisor during the previous visit.

When I buy my next Toyota vehicle again, I will choose Toyota Unitedstar Corporation again. Yes I am very fussy and meticulous customer and I applaud the Sales Manager Jimmy Liew for meeting my extraordinary demands due to my concerns, regarding problems with new cars from other manufacturers that my customers are facing !!!

Saw the car on a flyer and at first glance I'm into it, that Citrus mica color is one of kind. WhatsApped the saleswomen named Sarah, she was so supportive and straight forward not to mention fast service. Interested? Visit the showroom and look for Sarah. She'll help you out. Had surveyed toyota car and the saler is very polite. Even only one person for test drive, he allows my husband to drive as well. Comfortable place and you can have your coffee while awaiting for your car being serviced. Got small surau for prayer

Huge spaces for parking and got lot of service bays. They even provide free and paid drinks. Located beside the busy area, this service centre is away from them, easy to find in relaxful environment.
