The best 4S center so far! Booked my Mazda car here on 30/9 and received after 3 weeks! I guess I was lucky enough and my SA, Mr Eddy is the best! You can find him on TikTok, and he will entertain all your questions! He has great knowledge of the car, and will still entertain my queries even after sales.

Just sent my car to here for first service (free service of course!) and although I was 30 mins late, they still finish the checking within the stipulated time. The waiting area is very comfortable and convenient. Wifi is good, toilet is clean, and there’s also coffee machine. Staff are very cheerful and polite. Overall, I had the best experience here.

What I can say about Mazda Nilai is the best Sales Team and lucky i have a good SM, Mr Eddy (can check his TT ☺) I received a lot free gifts too 🤭 I will recommend Mazda Nilai to my friends. Sure no regrets 😇

3 in 1 showroom here in Nilai. At first, I thought they only sell Mazda. Stepped inside, its actually selling Mazda, Kia and Peugeot vehicles of of type SUV and MPV. There are 2 showrooms available side by side. Here also you can service your vehicle of these types, which a plus for Nilaian's here. It was located beside the main road and parking should be no problem.

I had a great experience at mazda service centre here at nilai.I encounter Very Emergency problem with the car, i rang them, unfortunately they have full booked appt on that day.I feel sad, however on the same day, they rang up and managed to slot in, ask to bring the car at the centre.Very condusive waiting area and you can see they checking your car.
Few days my car at the workshop waiting for spare part.They rang up as they already replace and i can come pick up the car.As i dont have any transport, they are OFFERING to sent my car to the house as nearby.

Send my car to another service center in seremban and end up all the issues that I raise still didnt solve. Suppose to send my car to hq but due to MCO I send my car over here. Never regret in choosing this service centre.

I had few issues with my mazda 3. They really attend and solve it as per my expectation. They even take extra care of my car. They able to send my car to my home which really helpful for me since I'm tied up with my work (of course with some charges which really reasonable).

Suggestion : kindly improve on WiFi speed.
