The service here is great. The reviews from a couple of years ago don't quite reflect the current service because there's a huge improvement.

I booked via the Proton App, and they called right away for proper scheduling. Once you've arrived, your name will be listed on a paper placed at the glass door. So, just say your name to start the process.

There are amenities such as snacks and drinks to cater to customers. The process of service from the start until the end of the payment is smooth. Friendly employees. Moreover, clean toilets and nursing rooms are available.

Bit worried after reading reviews about this service centre but no harm trying to give them fair chance. Due to New Normal, need to make appointment for service which I make almost a week earlier. Arrived on time for the appointment received by warm welcome by the service receptionist and service advisor. They are really friendly and helpful whilst explaining each and every detail of what type of services for the day. Waited for almost an hour for them to complete servicing my X50 first 1,00km service. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services and would definitely come back for my next appointment. Well done.

at 1st I am lost as I don't know what to do and the staff just told me sit here without further explanation but service was done and everything went well so I blame the raining day (explain later). Encik Amir told me that by right I should stop at the waiting area then there will be someone screen the whole car to note down all defects (scratch or etc) before go into the service bay. this is to ensure no argument later. *I went in directly due to heavy rain so my experience already wrong in the 1st place.*

during the service, I saw him went through all cars and supervise his team to perform their job which is super nice because u can ensure that the staff wouldn't simply do things.

for now, I would come back again. 5 stars to u!

Servis baik. Compliments drinks n mknn ringan yg bagus, cuma pelanggan yg tak reti hargai. Dah minum mkn tu kemas la ek cawan2 pinggan korang. Ni bersepah meja. Customer lain ni mcm aku ni dtg nengok korang tinggal je besepah atas meja ni. Nak jadi ape mentaliti mcm ni. Dah makan minum tu kemas. Lain2 proton servis bagus. Cuma ada la sesetengah pelanggan ni ha x reti hargai fasiliti. Haihhhh...
