Thanks Fiffy for the guiding us throughout the trip. Despite of the hiccups that delayed our arrival in Jeju, she managed to complete all our itinerary in Jeju and Udo. Fiffy gave us a lot of tips on how to shop and how to conduct ourselves.

Thanks to JMT team for prompt communication in the whatsapp group, informing us what's the next plan and answering all our inquiries. Special thanks to Nawi for staying with us in Incheon Airport throughout the night taking care of our welfare.

What I personally like the most was:
1. The tour guide keep reminding us to be punctual.
2. Keeping prayer time in check.
3. Making sure all food are halal to consume.
4. Taking photos for the tour members.

My trip was postponed in march 2020 due to covid19. Jeju Muslim Travel kept their promises and refunded our money.

last september we continue our trip with them and had the best time at udo island

Just return from jeju from 20-26 Okt with thr brilliant tour guide from jeju muslim travel. Thank yiu for the best autumn season we ever had.

Went to Pakistan from 17-27 October with JMT. A journey we will forever cherish

Not recommended at all. Poor communication with paying customers. If we didn’t initiate the communication, nothing will be told to us. Last minutes cancellation, just imagine our trip was cancelled 7 days prior through whatsapp. We booked the trip early but still they failed to secure the air tickets. As an agent, they must be well versed with Korean Immigration requirements. So I agree with the reviewer before me, no more Jeju Muslim Travel. Once bitten twice shy.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

1. Poor management, VERY POOR.

2. No prior communication to customer. Customer need to initiate communications, if not, company continue to silent. No updates were given for important information. Always ask for customer information last minutes.

3. Too much excuses (not enough staff, etc2). We already paid in full payment, please deliver your service accordingly. If not enough staff, recruit more staff. Or, know your sale limit. Dont do sale beyond your capability. Dont be GREEDY.

4. Customer have to bear the consequences from company’s poor management. (Late visa application, customer need to respond ASAP. Wrong flight date on memo -customer had to repurchase everything for personal arrangement.)

5. Dishonesty. Some of the staff lied, some of them make empty promises. Staff have tendency to raise their voice when called. On social media, jmt deleted all bad comments and reviews (which are honest) from customers (ig & fb). Jmt even block them. Then ‘perli’ & salahkan customers.

(p/s: among all the reviewers here, 4 of them coming from JMT staff or associates, giving their own company 5* review. Please report these shameless act of them, as it falls under “conflict of interest” category. this is the perfect example of dishonesty i mentioned earlier).

1/10 (1 markah tu pun sbb view pakistan cantik)

Trip to Jeju asalnya 25hb oktober bertukar ke 24hb oktober lepas tu tukar lagi ke 23hb oktober tanpa diberitahu. Bukan sahaja tukar tarikh. Flight pun ditukarkan. Kelam kabut kita tukar arrangement. Memo keluar tapi tak sampai pada saya. Tarikh dalam memo pun salah letak. Aduhai. Kalau dah dapat bayaran nak jawab whatsapp dan email punyalah lambat.
Selepas umum pembatalan kenapa ambil lebih satu minggu nak refund duit.
Alasannya nak telly kan dengan akaun?
No more Jeju Muslim Travel.
