Great place to explore sea and palm beach resort. Nice food and good service. Great amenities like pool, gym, meeting halls, etc. Nice to explore complementary nature walk, mangrove boat ride... Rooms are Nice with good interiors and private balcony. Nearby beach is small but still fine. Sunset point is memorial.

Incredibly nice place for a quick staycation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet and peaceful, with luxurious rooms that have comfortable beds, all you need for a quick stay, high-end bathroom with a water heating system and best of all, a view of the seaside from the balcony.

Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy the wonders nature has got for us.

Have to compliment the service here, service is prompt and nice. We couldn't sleep well cos of the smell from roof. Called to reception and they switched our room promptly within less than 5 minutes. Thank you very much.

Was having the company away day here.. great location with beautiful view. Yummy food, friendly staff and superb facilities. The hotel provide van to travel in between parking lot n hotel lobby because the guess parking is quite far away to walk. The buggy is also provided to travel around the challet. You need to queue for quite some time during peak hours, but the waiting time is not too long for me..

This is the 10th time I come to this hotel with my children. Apart from the unique concept, I am very interested in the friendly service of all the employees, especially the Duty Manager named Bazmeer. I don't have any problems to share, everything is fine and going smoothly as planned.

After touch down from KLIA2, this is the nearest unique resort from the airport for our family reunion. This is our 2nd time having reunion at the resort. BREAKFAST are excellent with most fruit juice varieties I have ever seen compared to other resort. Try their Dragon Fruit Juice. DINNER and LUNCH at Hai Shang Lou are excellent, they maintained the standard. SERVICES are great from Smiling Front Office, Hard Work Concierge and above all , thanks to Mr Biswas from HOUSEKEEPING for his outstanding housekeeping services, he was actually cleaning other room and we called to assist our room request, he immediately assist us. ROOMS from Alang2 to Tiles roof still make the resort view outstanding. We have various rooms and overall all are ok. Unfortunately ROOM 720 had a wear and tear glitch. I believe Avani name has been a while and must also look into improvising wear and tear in the room. Our Room 720 living room light and master bedroom light share the same switch, ending up family member chatting in the living room need light but disturb other member to sleep in the room. TV not working on 2nd day, so we all rush to other room to watch Fast X. Water heater not working. Remote control battery cover missing, kettle switch broke when we just enter the room. Master bedroom sliding door cannot close, a gap of 15cm. Nevertheless other room are ok. Aircond all rooms are fantastic during hot day. Lastly, ballroom outer wall need to repaint, customer need to feel great when driving along to the Lobby. Not to forget, do something on the closed down restaurant and small house (before loading bay area). It's eye sore. AVANI already have great software (smiling and hardworking team) , don't let them down on the Hardware glitch (the resort). WIFI on the sea are excellent.

One of the best vacations for our family, we are very happy with the service provided by the hotel, especially those who work at the front desk area Mr. Bazmeer and Mr. Kamal who are very friendly and kind. we are very happy with the variety of surprises given by the hotel for our family .last but not least tha ks to Ridzuan at Bila Bila who arranging my table during breakfast

Stayed in superior room. Location is quite inaccessible, required to drive or be driven there. Can take public transport to KLIA and then GRAB to the place. But the serenity, quiet and panoramic view are great reasons to try it out. Staff were splendid, room was clean and air-conditioned. When check in, ask for room with unobstructed view. Chill relax eat sleep heal and repeat.

The check in and check out process didn't take long, it seemed much better than my previous vacation in 2022. It seems that everything has been upgraded by the whole department. Buggy service, food, cleanliness, guest services, everything is satisfactory. I will not forgetting the most valuable staff to me at Avani who are always there if my family needs help. (Bazmeer). Bazmeer and his team in Front desk and in Restaurant Bila Bila (Ridzuan) always give the best from the beginning to the end of our vacation.

The spacious room really makes maximum satisfaction for us as a family, we will definitely come back in the future because of the good service from the staff named Bazmeer.I haven't got any problems during our stay,i hope Avani can hire more staff like Bazmeer in property

Excellent therapists at the spa in my 3 sessions there with my wife.
Therapists INTAN, CYNTHIA, ZUL all have Excellent hands, techniques and skills. They do all 90mins of hard work and efforts to loosen the knots and constantly check in to see if pressure or focus areas are OK or not.
Its well worth the price and time spent.

Bazmeer, Kamal and Ridzuan were very helpful throughout our vacation. Bazmeer welcomed us with a welcome drink and we didn't have to queue because everything was available before our arrival. Kamal was also very experienced and knowledgeable when sending us to the room. the same with Ridzuan who always greeted us with love when we had breakfast.

A serene, picturesque resort nestled amidst breathtaking scenery, offering an oasis of tranquility with its peaceful ambiance. Its captivating landscapes, adorned with lush greenery or stunning vistas, provide a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. The culinary experience is equally delightful, featuring an array of delectable dishes crafted with fresh, local ingredients, tantalizing the taste buds with each flavorful bite.

The “room on water” experience was amazing which overlooks the Malacca Straits. It is so peaceful and tranquil and on a cloudless night, you get to see a starry sky. Due to peak season, check-in was a long wait of 2 hrs but customer service was amazing and duty manager (I didn’t get her name) was super helpful. As we were a fair distance from the lobby and restaurants, the resort bicycles came in handy with their own lock and key (provided at resort). You’ll be surprised by how often other guests try to pinch your bike.

The Hai Shang Lo Chinese restaurant has a lovely setting with backdrop of the ocean. We tried a few dishes and enjoyed the delicious and generous portions. Wong was helpful and friendly.

Overall our stay was pleasant and relaxing. We got to exercise through our daily bike rides and enjoyed walks along the foreshore savouring local treats. Our villa was cleaned daily by the friendly and hardworking staff.

Special thanks to leisure ambassadors Aizat and 4G (Fauzi) for being so helpful, friendly and repairing the bikes for us no matter how busy; Leela for her chats during batik painting activity; Aziz (the buggy driver) for his helpfulness and smiles and waving at us when he drove by; Man (at valet / parking) for being so helpful in arranging our last minute transport; Saiful (guest reception / night duty mgr) for being meticulous and thorough; and many thanks to Anna (reservations) for being expedient and accommodating to our needs from online booking to when we arrived in-person. Such wonderful staff make the resort worth many stars.

We had an amazing welcome experience from Nizam and few more front desk staff with welcome drink and cold towel.

Buggy service was well organised,we no need to wait for the buggy, everything's goes well as a planned.

We came with the whole team for 3 days, and we had a great experience! Super recommendable for team building activities…. The rooms are spacious and nice, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Its such a big pleasure for us honeymoon at Avani because the service is very good there is buggy come pick and send to our room. The food is also delicious and too many type of food we can eat. Thank you Avani for treat us.

Van and buggy service was excellent! Services were prompt; the moment the receiver was hung up, we were greeted warmly by the driver at the doorstep. Thank you for your warm and professional hospitality, Mr Rosli, Mr Armand, Mr John, just to name a few gentlemen whom we managed to get to read the name tags. 😃 oh, and also the guards at the parking site!
