Sharing my experience dealing with Lim Hui Ting who initially came across as a professional turned to be someone i could not trust and i did not see what was coming. Then came the pandemic, my mum was diagnosed with cancer and i lost my job at the same time. Yes, it was very challenging. I explained to her that i only needed a little more time to cover the rent with all that was going on. It was agreed and I then kept to my word and made all the payments in full as promised(i have the transaction receipts). Thinking that she was very kind and understanding i thanked her. All was then fine until i informed that i want to move out. House was checked by the agent in good order and she agreed to return my deposit as i had to leave not long after. But when it came to returning my deposit it was always excuses and soon after no replies. I thought that she would maybe need more time like i did and decided to wait. Well, It has been about 2 years since but still no sign of my deposit only more twist and turns to avoid paying i guess. I am only sharing my experience. If you want to experience for yourself go ahead.

No experience and very lousy, don’t try this lawyer.
