I'm extremely in love with this hotel. The way they manage
the boutique is fantastic from the cleanliness till the service.
I has an issue with my aircond around 1am, the receptionist
came up and settled it for me without hesitation. He even
offered me opt if I would like to change the room If I'm still
uncomfortable. Room is spacious and pretty.

Very clean, professional, and the interior is amazing...the security is also top notch with double door card ....facility around is good with a supermarket right next door ...price is also very appropriate and the staff are also well mannered

Kulai having bad weather and heavy rains, staff here very kind for lending umbrellas and give a spot hiding from rains. Good rooms and clean environment, locate at centre of city

Best for the bucks. 3 time repeat there. for works stay. always go for queen bed size. all the time is pleasant. clean room n toilet. large hallway n well lit, not suffocating. got water purifier each floor.

Everything was fine a 1 or 2 nighter...its suitable for people who don't expect too much of high end experience...

Stayed here for 2 night, got upgraded to King Room because we booked via Agoda.

The access to the hotel is connected via basement parking lot in Kulai Shopping Center, they have their own access lift to lobby and the rooms. We loved the room - it was spacious, the toilet is clean and the towel as well.

From this hotel to JB was about 20-30 minutes hence its not recommended since its far. This place was only 5-7 minutes drive to Impiana Hotel & JPO.

Super clean hotel rooms and the hotel is just next to Super Cowboy, where you can get all items, housed on 3 levels. Room toilet is very clean, even cleaner than some 5 star hotels.. will return to stay again...

We were looking for a place to land our heads and saw some good reviews...we were not disappointed as it's very comfortable for a very reasonable price. Spacious, it's simplicity at its best, indeed worth the stay. Now, I AM fussy about bed and bathroom and I don't have anything much to complain about here. It's more of an inn (minus food i believe) than a hotel as you should not expect facilities like gym, pool etc. If you're into those, than this is probably not for you. But if its just a clean comfortable place to cash, then its perfect. Capturing best the idea of 'less is more', i'd certainly come again.

Had a wonderful night with the clean room and hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Huge place and rooms. Nicely decorated. Worth the money. Will make this my home whenever i'm in Kulai or nearby area.

Centrally located and pretty easy to find. Hotel has good security access system. The rooms are spacious and clean though decked with sparse furniture. Staff are helpful and polite. Has a supermarket right next to the hotel.

The service is good & friendly , but needs more LED LIGHTING at carpark B1 is too dark , in the room many ants around need to improve .

A nice overnight stop, basics at a good price. Spacious room and everything works. If you have kids, be careful in the bathroom as the electrical socket is above the instant heater without any cover.

Very nice instagrammable decors, rooms are fine has basically everything we need for a night's stay. Has water dispenser for everyone use too.

What you pay is what you get. Value for money. Very good with the price offered. Good amenities provided. Many parking space available underground. Share the same building with Cowboy supermarket

The bed was very comfortable. Not springy. Although our room was facing the main road on the 4th floor, noise from the traffic was not an issue.
