Tidy. Very comfortable. Staff very helpful and very friendly (male staff - noon shift).
All equipment are in good condition.
Seperated toilet.
Nearby many food stalls, near UTHM. I really love this hotel and felt very lucky to booked this hotel for attending convocation at UTHM.

for a budget hotel, this hotel is highly recommended.

Rooms: simple but comfortable. rooms also available on ground floor, for those who have trouble with stairs. but the one big step outside the hotel a bit high, recommend to add steps to reduce height of steps to make it easier access

Service: receptionist very helpful, knows what places to recommend to go for jalan2 or makan2

location: nearby a big Lotus's, so very convenient. also nearby some gerai2 makan, and weekly night market (on wednesdays), clinic, pharmacy also nearby

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in a single suite for a kursus nearby... what else to say.. tip top service from front desk staffs, housekeepers and manager.. I had an incident on 1st night and couldn't continue sleeping in my room.. I'm very thankful to Cik Hawa and Pn Shida for helping me out at 11pm on that night. They placed me to a new room WITHOUT extra chargers 😭 on next day, I moved back into my original room.. on 2nd day, Pn. Shida called me asking if they can clean my room due to the incident that happened previous night. The staffs are all very kind and helpful. I will definitely come here again next year for kursus. Very satisfied 👍👍

A nice hotel for short trip and low budget travel athough it is about 22 kilometres from batu pahat city centre.The family room is spacious and fit four people comfortably. There are a lot of great eating places within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and nice. I recommend RG Grand Hotel for short and low budget trip and will surely stay here again if I travel to batu pahat.

Stayed here for a workshop in one of the public univs. Really appreciate the hotel service. Top class service. They even have a workspace for those who need to use PC and the internet.

Nice hotel... But no lift ... Nearest shop n MCD... Only few kilometres from UTHM
