Their service was very bad. They didn’t serve me respectfully. Please if you don’t like to serve people please find a job that suit your arrogant attitude. We as a customer want to be treated in a good way. Ambank please send your staff to classes before they work with you. I won’t come to this ambank again because I’m so dissatisfied with the service. Thank you.

Having bad experience with the customer service and the security guard. We are not aware that AmBank operation hours until 2pm during this MCO, as AmBank never mention on their websites or at the branch about operation hours. We have been chase out by the Malay security guard, he only said 2(DUA) and knocking glass few times. Is this because am i an Indian? i could never understand what he was trying to mean. i called the AmBank hotline number for the get some answer for my questions including the operation hours. This is very rude, i saw the staff also not wearing the masks properly inside.

忙的话可以体谅
大清早没人服务都可以那么烂
