Puan Hidayah is a super friendly and helpful person who gives extent out of her working hours not only going to your place to test coverage making sure that your interested broadband plan is workable before you signing up the plan but also giving advices on mobile plan that saves your money.

I was attended by Puan Hidayah during my visit to TM Point Yong Peng. She was very friendly and helpful in solving my problem.

The receptionist was very polite and patient to guide all the visitors to use the queue number system.

Overall the service in the centre was professional and efficient.

Puan Hidayah is very friendly and patiently explained to me about TM TV BOX. So that I can choose the best and cheap package for my family, the most important thing is the TV channel suitable for myself and my family

Thank a lots I meet a very smart and good counter staff Puan Hidayah kindly help me install Unifi TV and tech me how to use the TV box. SO I give 5 star for her.

Clean and comfortable service office environment. Ms Ili, the staff who assisted me is very helpful and friendly. She answered all the questions I had regarding my landline and the equipment.

Good experience with a lady staff in charge of Unifi Mobile. She was very kind and helpful, can solved most of the related issues which other branch (Kluang) told us cannot.

Terima kasih yg tak terhingga buat Manager TM Point Yong Peng iaitu Pn Hidayah kerana tindakan pantas beliau yang menyelesaikan masalah wifi yang saya alami dari bulan 7 hingga bulan 9 /2023,(banyak kali dah buat aduan di TM Point Batu Pahat dan Jb dari bulan 7 hingga bulan 9 tapi tiada sebarang tindakan .kecewa sangat,akhiranya berjaya di selesaikan dalam masa 14 hari selepas saya berjumpa dgn PN HIDAYAH TM POINT YONG PENG .aduan saya buat pada 4 sept..dan semalam 17 sept 2023 akhirnya dapat balik merasa wifi ....orang yg paling gembira tentunya mak kita kan.dpt tgk tv rancangan masakan cik nom fav dia tu.. .hihihi.terima kasih Pn Hidayah serta Hafiz dri teknikal Tm..
